Mr. Naden Coodien has a dynamic personality and have been successfully building his empire in the

Middle East over the last 18 years. Originally from the beautiful island of Mauritius, he is proudly a citizen of

France & Switzerland. He has worked hard to make an established name in the hospitality investment sector. Equipped with good business relationships through his refined skill in hospitality, and his expertise in Finance, business development Conceptualization, Naden has

been able to leverage his brand in a competitive market. The charismatic leadership qualities him along with his affluent networking capabilities in the market has led to the successful growth of his many business

ventures in the Middle East and the global marketplace.

Meet the Team

Talal Atturkhan – Director of Talent

Holding both a French and Mauritian nationality, Talal

graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Economics and

a certification in Mass Communication. Upon completing his

course on Management of Training delivered by the ILO, Turin,

Talal went on to obtain his Master of Science (MSC) in Human

Resources Development.

Talal began his career as an Education Officer at the Ministry

of Education and Science in Mauritius, specializing in Teaching

and Curriculum Development. His experience in the academic

field encouraged him to take on his role as a Director at The

London School of Law where he was lecturing Organization

Behavior and HR Management.

Talal explored in his career by venturing into France, Algeria

and ultimately in the Middle Eastern market in his role as the

Director of Human Resources in major hotel chains in Abu

Dhabi such as, Le Meridien, Ramada and Sofitel. Shortly after,

he was appointed to undertake a major role as the Cluster

Director of Human Resources for the Accor Group at the

Novotel, Ibis and Adagio Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai.

At present, Talal who resides in Dubai is sharing his highly skilled

expertise as Director of Talent of Facetime specializing in HR,

Learning and Development, Quality and Business Excellence. It

comes as no surprise that Talal’s know-how and business savvy

approach in the industry makes him a reputable leader with

much to offer to the global world and has well established

himself by making a mark for his name worldwide.

Born and raised in Mauritius, he studied at

the Hotel School of Mauritius where he was

graduated in Food production and Hotel

Management.

Started as an apprentice with Michel de

Matheis, awarded Meilleurs ouvriers de

France (MOF) in 1991 and pursue his culinary

career for eight years at Royal Palm Hotel,

which is the most prestigious hotel and one

of the leading Hotel of the world in Mauritius.

He then moved to Qatar for the opening of

the Gordon Ramsay restaurants in St Regis,

which is one of the leading hotel of Middle

East as the adjoin of the Michelin star chef,

Gilles Bosque.

Highly dedicated, creative and passionate

chef, He was then appointed as Head chef

at age of 29, Youngest chef of Gordon

Ramsay group, He brings the restaurant to

the next level where it was awarded Best

Restaurant of Middle East 2015.

Amalen Vyapooree– Director of Culinary

Saveurs”, Nadine is the

ambassador of French

gastronomy, closest friend to the

Tijana moved to Dubai in 2013 to gain further

experience and career in the big city.

Holding a Bachelor Degree in Business

Management, she has worked within a few

Hospitality companies in Dubai, taking care

of Events, Marketing & Sales divisions.

Having a zest for life and being passionate

person, she is bringing creative ideas into the

company with over 7 years of industry

experience.

Here at Facetime, she works closely with our

clients to create, develop and implement

marketing strategies and campaigns from

pre-opening to opening and beyond.

Tijana Pavkovic – Sales & Marketing Manager

Coming from Malaysia with Singaporean

heritage, Uma has been living in the UAE

since the past 10 years. Her natural

penchant for communication came very

early during her childhood days when she

exuded immense passion for theatre and

arts.

Successfully graduating with a Bachelor of

Arts Degree in Business Administration, her

quest to venture and explore opportunities in

a new environment paved her way to the

UAE working for two Pre Opening properties

in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Her charismatic personality and interest in

communications is an added value to

Facetime for a promising success story.
