MAYOR’S MESSAGE There have been quite a few concerns re-

garding back alleys brought to Town Council and employees. We have collectively dis-

cussed these issues and are not “sweeping this issue under the rug.” We are looking at cost

-effective solutions, solutions that will not “break the bank” and also be semi long term so-

lutions, instead of band-aid solutions that will result in the same problems next year. With

spring in the air, there are kids everywhere on bikes, scooters, skate boards, & on foot.

Soccer season is also here and with the increased activity, we ask that everyone take ex-

tra care driving on the streets and watching for pedestrian traffic, especially for the kids.

Our children are our most important resource and their safety is all of our responsibility. I

will be making my rounds, touring town either running or walking, and look forward to

seeing everyone out and about enjoying the spring.
