Short Story Family Ride — 10 miles Designed for families and casual riders, this group ride is led by a Rotary Club member and no one will be dropped. Enjoy a leisurely pace on a route close to the park and maybe catch a glimpse of an airplane taking off at the Lancaster Airport. Ride takes approximately one hour to complete.

Novella — 21 milesThis show and go ride has marked routes and cue sheets are provided. Travel at your own pace over covered bridges and enjoy views of Lancaster County’s farmland. Route includes one water and rest stop with bathroom facilities.

Trilogy — 43 milesAnother show and go ride, this route is marked and cue sheets are provided. Set your own pace and enjoy views of Amish farms, a one-room schoolhouse, and covered bridges. Route includes two water and rest stops with bathroom facilities.

Optional Cat’s Back Mountain ChallengeDesigned for riders who want to take on a greater challenge, climb the legendary “Cat’s Back Mountain” by following the alternate route on the cue sheet. Meet up with your ride companions at the second water stop.

Epic, Metric Century — 100 kilometersFor the most adventurous cyclists, combine both the Novella and the Trilogy to ride 100 kilometers. This ride is recommended for experienced cyclists only. Route is marked and cue sheets are provided. Meet back at Community Park between routes to enjoy lunch and a rest break.

Help promote literacy in Lancaster County and ride in the Lancaster Sunrise Rotary’s Ride for Literacy. Choose between three leisure routes: 10, 21, or 43 miles, or combine rides to enjoy the longer challenge of a metric century.

Proceeds benefit the Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon, the Lancaster Sunrise

Rotary’s local community projects and our global missions to bring educational tools and healthcare to areas such as Africa, Nepal, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

PLEASE NOTE:• All riders must register

and check-in between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.

• Metric Century riders must start before 8 a.m.

• Event is held rain or shine• Lunch provided at the

park registration area• Helmets and closed
