What Makes TFP Unique

• What separates TFP is our ability to drive revenues both from within a physical location and outside the facilities with our Virtual Health Club Platform.

• Our intimate Fitness Community model has a lower cost of operation, is agile to change with trends and scalable for long term growth.

• Our Virtual Health Club Platform targets the 85% of the population who do not belong to a health club. It provides valuable services to companies and healthcare organizations in need of lowering healthcare costs.

Total Addressable Market

TFP has multiple arms of revenue generation potential. Most fitness companies go after the 15% of the population who belong to a facility. We provide revenue stream potential from the other 85% with our Virtual Health Club Platform.

Target projections for a single TFP location include both on-site and off-site revenue streams of $164,000 in monthly revenue

• 400 Onsite members (a typical fitness location requires 2000 to break even)• 200 Online Personal Training clients• 900 Wellness Participants

Market Strategy

The Fitness Project will have an extensive, metric based marketing plan. To support our model of establishing an intimate fitness community, we will employ extensive referral programs, social media connections and local community marketing.

We will also work extensively with our consultant to provide targeted advertising via print, direct mail, trade shows and podcasts.

A key component of our marketing plan will be an outbound sales department consisting of contract sales professionals calling on companies and healthcare organizations.

Exit Strategy

We believe TFP will be positioned well at the end of 5 years for several exit options. With an estimated business value of just under $9 million, investors should be positioned for an excellent return.

There is current interest from some of the major healthcare companies to build this model within their network to reduce costs. We have already had substantial discussions with Centura Health in Denver.

There would also be interest from the big box fitness companies that have tried but have not been able to duplicate this model within their structure. A scalable turn key model that produces revenue would be of great value to them.
