The Finnish Association of PrincipalsFinnish principals share their knowhow. The Finnish Asso-ciation of Principals has signed a distribution agreement on 18 January 2018 with Mobie Academy, a new Finnish content producer, on the distribution of leadership training courses on the global Mobie Academy platform. The courses will be designed and run by Finnish school principals and they will focus on the following themes, for example:

The goal of the courses is to provide educational decision- makers, school principals and administrators with deeper under- standing of how Finnish schools are led and what the key ele-ments behind the success story of the Finnish school system are. What is the daily routine in the Finnish schools and how are they led? Our association has more than 1,200 members to pro-vide information about the systems and the stories behind it.
