Laceby Manor Resort is licensed to hold civil weddings and civil ceremony partnerships and offers you the convenience of having your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception all under one roof.

Our dedicated ceremony room The Fairway Suite is elegantly furnished, flooded with natural daylight and surrounded by views of our golf course.

Civil weddings are carried out by Registrars who come to Laceby Manor Resort by prior arrangement to conduct your ceremony.

To book a Civil ceremony:

1. Contact the Wedding coordinator here at Laceby Manor Resort to check availability and come for a viewing.

2. Select your date and make a provisional booking with us.

Outdoo r wedd ings

We now offer civil weddings and partnership ceremonies outdoors under the gazebo in the gardens at Laceby Manor Resort.

This classic gazebo is located near our lake surrounded by the beautiful gardens and grounds of the course where your guests will be seated for your ceremony. It is a very pretty backdrop for your exchange of vows. In the event of poor weather on the day of your wedding, it would take place inside in our elegant ceremony room*.

To book a Civil ceremony:

1. Contact the Wedding coordinator here at Laceby Manor Resort to check availability and come for a viewing.

2. Select your date and make a provisional booking with us.

3. Contact the registrar to ensure that they are available to perform the ceremony on your chosen date at the time you require.

Our luxury 1 and 2 bedroom lodges are available for 3, 4 and 7 night stays, and come with stylish, modern interiors, private outdoor hot tubs and views of the course as standard.

We suggest for bridal parties that you book lodges nearest the clubhouse. The one bedroom lodge is called a Belfry and the two bedroom lodge is called a Wentworth. If you book either of these two categories of lodge during peak July or August then a £50 discount is available per lodge. This will be taken from the cost

of your wedding. When the booking is made please inform our wedding co-ordinator and she will deduct from your final invoice. 3 night minimum stay required

Our garden pod village is perfect for any guests needing overnight accommodation.

The 6 Garden Pods are housed in their own secret garden. Each pod comes complete with double bed, toilet/shower wetroom and everything your guests need for an overnight stay. The VIP Garden Pod comes complete with its own outdoor hot tub.

We have 3 Garden Pods and 3 VIP Garden Pods.

The pods are available to book through Hoseasons either online at www.hoseasons.co.uk/lodges/the-manor-resort-manr or by calling 0345 498 6060. Please note that single night pod stays cannot be booked online.

1. Minimum numbers apply on weddings of 65 adult guests for your wedding breakfast and 80 adult guests for your evening buffet any shortfalls will be charged at your chosen wedding package rate per head.

2. A deposit of £750 is required with a signed copy of the booking form/ Terms & Conditions to confirm your booking. All deposits paid to Laceby Manor are non refundable.

3. Cancellation of any confirmed booking must be made in writing to Laceby Manor, upon receipt of a cancellation letter the following costs will apply based on projected guest numbers and catering package at the time of the booking. Between 4 months & 3 months prior to the event date: 50% of the projected invoice value Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event date: 75% of the projected invoice value During the month prior to the event date: 100% of the projected invoice value.

4. Full payment of all catering costs and final attendance numbers must be received at least 60 days in advance of your event taking place. Any additional beverage costs can be paid on the day of your event.

5. At Laceby Manor we have several opportunities for photographs with spectacular views; however these can be dependent on seasonal weather, golf course conditions and the number of people involved.

6. Laceby Manor reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Golf Club or its grounds become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control. Laceby Manor will however take reasonable steps to fulfil the booking to the best of its ability and in accordance with the details provided. All menus are subject to change, we reserve the right to make any changes for what we consider to be suitable alternatives. If we are unable to accommodate your wedding, your deposit will be returned in full.

7. Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the information contained in our brochures, pricing (all prices quoted include VAT at 20%) & advertising is accurate, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or amenity without notice if necessary.

8. All guests using the facilities of Laceby Manor must comply with all regulations concerning licensing, fire, health & safety. Hazardous or dangerous items may not be brought into Laceby Manor without prior permission.

9. Laceby Manor must approve any external entertainment, services or activities that you have arranged. It is the responsibility of the third party to provide all risk assessments and insurance for all activities conducted on Laceby Manor premises, all which must be provided on request. Any band or musician must comply with the terms stated within the `public entertainment code of conduct`.

10. Laceby Manor has a smart casual dress code; anyone not suitably attired will be refused admittance to the clubhouse facilities.

11. Any Client and their guests who take up the offer of a round of complementary golf must adhere to the Laceby Manor Golf Club Rules, please refer to Pro Shop for more information.

12. The Client/s will be liable for any damage or loss caused to the Club House and surrounding areas including walls, light fittings and equipment (this includes any items hired in for their use) or any injury to any person including the golf clubs personnel.

13. Laceby Manor reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise and behaviour of all clients & guests and retains the right to terminate the event without being liable for any refund or compensation.

14. No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises (excluding wedding cake/favours/baby food) without the written consent of Laceby Manor.

15. Laceby Manor does not accept liability for damage or loss of any goods, including cakes, decorations or equipment held on behalf of the client before, during or after the event.

16. Please be aware that Laceby Manor is primarily a golf club and it is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that their guests especially children do not venture onto any part of the golf course or surrounding practice areas. This is for you & your guests own safety and the safety of those playing the course. Laceby Manor will not be held responsible for any accidents, which occur due to guests being on the golf course or surrounding practice areas.

17. We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs. The use or possession of drugs is strictly forbidden at the venue and anyone found taking or distributing any form of drugs will be removed from the function.
