EZ-Stream™ PumpTransfers filtered liquids directly to wasteThanks to its compact design the pump is ideal for use on both the work bench and in the laminar flow hood where its small footprint will save precious space. The vacuum is provided thanks to a maintenance-free diaphragm and specific check valves that allow liquids to run through the pump. Simply connect the pump to your manifold or filtration apparatus and place the discard tubing to drain and you are ready to filter.

Culture mediaLiquid media in 2 ml ampoules

Ready-to-use Millipore media solve numerous problems in microbiology laboratories where time, equipment and trained personnel are often in short supply. Millipore media are available in convenient, single test 2 ml plastic ampoules, eliminating the manipulation of glass ampoules and avoiding the waste and spoilage associated with bulk packaged media. Manufacturing and testing of ampouled media is conducted in strict accordance with precise quality control procedures to ensure optimal growth and maximum shelf life. Reagent grade water is used to clean glassware and make media. Other factors that affect media stability and performance, such as finished product pH, entrained gases, light exposure and temperature are carefully analyzed and controlled during the manufacturing process.

EZ-Fit™ Filtration UnitsReady-to-use sterilized filtration devices for microbial enumerationThis new unit is a disposable filtration device for Bioburden testing of liquid samples including water, in-process samples, and final products, designed for optimizing and securing the laboratory workflow to save time and provide reliable microbiological results.

Reduced risk of contamination: The design of the EZ-Fit™ Filtration Units helps you avoid contamination by reducing the risk of accidentally touching the membrane filtration area with forceps during membrane transfer and by allowing you to filter with the lid in place.

Efficient laboratory workflow:Merck Millipore has developed a filtration unit which brings a new standard for “Easy to Use”. Clear, transparent funnel material for visualizing the end of the filtration from any angle. All around level indicators mean there is no need to turn the funnel when placing it on the filtration support. Membrane base shape facilitates membrane transfer with forceps.
