A questionnaire was sent for data

collection to the membership of the library.

A quantitative approach was employed to

measure the satisfaction levels.

A descriptive analysis was done to

evaluate the satisfaction.

-100 registered + 20 regular

Conclusion

This research explored adoption of e-

services in an academic setting, in a

special library.

It presented an overview of the insights

and use of e-services and direct/indirect

communications on e-services among

their scholarly community.

The results show that users are very

much satisfied on each of the aspects

given above.
