EVOBURNEREVO™ Burner is Power Flame's latest offering in the energyefficient low NOx market. Our next EVOlution of burners is aninnovative design with “Patent Pending” staged/premix combustiontechnology to maximize operating efficiency and reduce NOxemissions on natural gas firing below 30 PPM without the use offlue gas recirculation (FGR). Designed to fire a range of gaseousfuels and light oil, the EVO™ Burner utilizes a unique firing headdesign which provides stable combustion over a wide turndown (upto 6:1 turndown). The combination of operating at 3% excessoxygen and sub 30 PPM NOx revolutionizes the burner market.Currently available from 40 to 1500 BHP, the EVO™ will fire a widerange boiler and heat exchangers.Standard Equipment:- Siemens LMV3/5 Linkageless controls, - Integral flame safeguardand UV scanner, - Siemens gas train with regulator, - Gas electricpilot, ignition transformer, and pilot train, - Combustion air flowswitch, - Burner mounted control panel, - Five indicating lights andOn-Off switch, Siemens AZL display.Optional Equipment:Director SCS - fully integrated boiler room PLC Control System.
We have added another training option to our existing set of classes. The Cmax withDirector SCS Controls Advanced Training is a great choice for anyone who hasalready taken our Basic Combustion Training and is looking to advance their knowledgeof Power Flame's Cmax Burner and our Director SCS Controls.This new training is a three-day class held at Power Flame Inc. in Parsons, KS. The classcurriculum covers Power Flame's Cmax Burner installation, start-up, commissioning, andtroubleshooting as well as an in depth look into our Director SCS, which is our newestPLC Burner Management System. To be eligible to register for this advanced class, thecompletion of the Basic Combustion Class at Power Flame Inc. is required.Register for the October 20-22nd session NOW!
