ABOUT THE AUTHORThe Honorable Sir Anthony Colman was a judge of the High Court of Justice – Queen’s Bench Division, CommercialCourt – from 1992 to 2007. He is an International Comercial Arbitrator located at 24 Lincoln’s Inn Fields. In addition tothe Encyclopedia of International Commercial Litigation, he’s also edited the second edition of Matthew’s Practice of theCommercial Court and the sixth edition of The Practice and Procedure of the Commercial Court. Between 1999 and 2000,he conducted an extensive investigation into the loss of MV Derbyshire, and was Special Advisor to the Government ofthe Czech Republic on civil litigation procedure (2000-2002).
