Next week we will celebrate EUREKA Week! Students and staff will engage in activities that highlight and emphasize all of the Math skills we have been learning this year. Students will come home sharing their successes and all things Eureka. Make sure to ask your students each day what they did with Eureka. In other words, if the temperature is 25 but the wind chill falls below 20 degrees, students would remain indoors for recess. Recess is good for students socially and physically, however there may be times where students are not feeling well. If a parent requests that their child remain indoors, they can write a letter with that request for up to 2 days. If it is longer than 2 days, a note from a doctor will be required to keep the student in from recess.
