I Summer rush parties were held inChicago, Peoria, St. Louis, andSpringfield.

LXA, Delta Zeta WorkOn Stunt Show Entry

Again this year the men at LXAwent into Stunt Show. Last springLXA was paired with Delta Zetasorority.

The two houses worked arduously putting the show together. Eachnight was spent in rehearsing andperfecting the show.

Alice and Pauline Zanetakos ofDZ wrote the script during thesummer, and this fall the showwas revised and rehearsal's started. The show was built around thestory of Samson and Delilah, andthe different scenes in the incidentfrom the beginning to the end, where Samson had his hair cutby Delilah. The theme was carriedout in very close detail to the historical background.

As usual it was not all work and

no play. There was a "kick off"blast last spring, and several informal exchanges were held thisfall. On two Sundays the twohouses went on picnics at one ofthe local parks. The "last blast"was held, and Stunt Show for DZand LXA went down in history asa valiant attempt; for we didn'tmake the finals. It was a lot offun while it lasted!
