At this point, weâll complete your needs analysis and find out what you need in a home, the must-haves and the nice-to-haves. We will discuss if you want to sell your current home right away or if you want to move first before listing.
The moment youâve been waiting for! Itâs time to develop a plan to find the perfect home. First, we set up the search for your next home. We review all the requirements and make sure we find properties that fit your needs and wants.
While weâre waiting for the right house, we also discuss the timeline for prepping the current home for sale. Some want to have their home ready to list as soon as they find their next home. Others donât want to worry about listing until they have already physically moved on. Thereâs no right or wrong answer. Itâs whatâs best for your family.We want this entire process to be as
stress-free as possible. Getting a clear idea of your vision and circumstances helps us to do this.

Here we make things happen. We get everything ready to go to the market. You will be assigned our listing coordinator, Anne. Sheâs an absolute superstar for creating and executing a listing plan. She takes care of all the details, from paperwork to an extra copy of the keys.
We also help coordinate to get the house ready for photographs. We help you make decisions on what needs to be updated, fixed, painted, etc. Do you need to stage your home? We have excellent connections with handymen, painters, stagers for all of these important details.
Whether youâve moved out of your current home already or not, weâll help coordinate and make sure no detail is left behind. Itâs vital your home shows at its very best for a quick sale.
ADVANCESTEP THREE

This is a fun step! Youâve found your dream home. Youâll go back for a 2nd showing with our buyer coordinator, Christen. She has a great eye for design and can help you with suggestions for remodeling to make this home perfect for you. Youâll meet with the contractors, inspectors and even your designer at this time!
Now that your dream home is under contract, we take a step forward in getting your current home listed. We follow our 2-week marketing plan. This includes professional photography and 3D tours. We coordinate an Open House and provide you with weekly traffic reports and if necessary, monthly progress reports. You wonât miss out on a thing!
All the puzzle pieces are finally starting to come together here. Youâre getting closer and closer to moving into your dream home.
Celebrate!! Youâre finally here! We do a final walkthrough of the house. I hand over the keys and assure you our relationship doesnât end here. We want to see the renos and changes you make. Weâre always just a phone call away.

It all started with a dream. The dream to make some extra cash while I was in college. I remember my mom laughing at me because all I wanted was a few hours of work a week. She figured such a hilarious job didnât exist. Well, an opportunity for just that appeared. It was a job as an assistant to a real estate broker. She needed me to run errands basically.
She was great, and ultimately I decided to get my license. I started by leasing to friends and making the commission on that. It was fun and I enjoyed it but wasnât sure if thatâs really what I wanted to be doing long term.
Next thing you know, I got engaged to my now husband of 13 years, Wes.
We moved to a small town. There were no job opportunities.
ABOUT STEPHANIE
I had this advertising degree and nothing to do with it. There were some reception type jobs but it wasnât what I imagined myself doing. I decided I could make the same doing real estate. So I got on the phone and closed some houses.
That was 14 years ago and I havenât looked back. During those years, I learned the importance of a real estate team. After going it alone for a few years, I came to realize the most effective way to do âit allâ was with a team.

Our buyersâ agent, Colette is not only my close childhood friend but sheâs always there to guide our buyers through finding their next home. Sheâs local to Houston and therefore knows the area really well. She is extremely caring and has a great eye for design. Anne is our listing coordinator and a superstar. She prepares all the listing details, big and small. From the paperwork to getting a copy of the keys, our clients are in good hands.
On the flip side, our buying coordinator Christen will be there when you are ready to see that dream home a second time. She has a fantastic eye for detail and can help with the vision for any remodeling. Sheâll be there through the meetings with contractors and inspectors⊠whatever you need! Finally our amazing office coordinator. Jessica. She handles all the office needs, events, marketing, you name it! She has a great attitude and keeps us all on track.
