A rigorous quality control system is applied to all tests and procedures to ensure that all

aspects of method requirements are met. We analyse to industry recognised test methods

such as ASTM, IP and APHA and offer testing solutions that meet the New Zealand

Engine Fuel Specification Regulations and International Specifications DEFSTAN, ISO & JIG.

Our company and valued staff have many years of experience and knowledge in both the petroleum and testing industries. We offer an extensive suite of pEtroleum product testing.

We have developed testing expertise for:

• Ethanol & blends

• Renewable Jet fuel

• Feedstocks (woodchip, tallow, used cooking oil)

We understand that Biofuels are identified as a way to lower

greenhouse gas emissions. We work alongside stakeholders to

ensure testing expertise is available to support growth in their

production. We are also proud to be an active member of

Bioenergy Association.

BIOFUELS

IPL has a wealth of knowledge in the biofuels sphere providing an extensive range of biofuel analysis. We perform testing to ensure your product meets required regulations and/or guidelines and provide quality assurance to the supply chain.

We are the only New Zealand laboratory accredited to and offering biofuel testing to meet the full range of New Zealand Engine Fuel Specification Regulations.

environment, with correct equipment, following sound training and practices.

Crude assayIPL offers Crude Assay testing ranging from a quick low cost yield analysis (Flash Assay), to a full Crude assay. Our crude distillation testing conforms to

ASTM D2892 & ASTM D5236 method requirements and can be tailored to meet your needs.
