For questions, contact Sue Kruck at (269) 471-7725 ext. 1116 or [email protected].

Dr. Debbie McFalone focuses on supporting leaders in a commitment to “Live Well”, practicing reflection and mindfulness that informs the leader’s self-knowledge about their values, guiding principles and beliefs. That self-knowledge supports leaders as they “Lead Strong”, nurturing and maintaining relational trust as they act with courage and integrity each day. The goal of Debbie’s work is to empower and equip leaders with the practical skills, competence, confidence and integrity for success in a long-term career.

During this two half-day professional development, leaders will examine practices of reflection, intentionality and mindfulness, and connect those practices with strategies for maintaining courage and integrity in their leadership. Ideas, protocols and strategies will be provided so leaders can transfer this work to their own practice.
