At the Buses!

We would like to take a moment to once again thank our WBY ’18 for their service project. At the annual WBY sleepover, the girls spent their Saturday making bracelets to help fund raise monies that will assist the families in the aftermath of the tragedy at MSD High School. All monies raised will go directly towards the Marjory Stoneman Victims Fund. The goal of this fund is to help the victims’ families, survivors and those impacted by this horrific atrocity as much as possible, and as quickly, fairly and efficiently as possible.

With your support, we have raised over $1,000 so far. THANK YOU!

For more information about this fund please visit https://browardedfoundation.org/stonemandouglasvictimsfund/

This summer we will kick off our Empowerment Weekend with Michelle Cove, Founder and Executive Director of MEDIAGIRLS.

The mission of MEDIAGIRLS is to teach girls and young women to harness the power of media for positive change. Participants transform social media from a space known for breeding insecurity, to one where they express their authentic selves, challenge sexist media, and speak up for what they believe in. Media, not girls, needs a makeover. For more information check out www.mediagirls.org.

Empowerment Weekend
