The ONLINE AUTOMATED INSTITUTE FEES Payment System Through

STATE BANK ATMs

NIT DURGAPUR FEES can be paid online 24x7 from any STATE BANK ATMs in INDIA, provided the Customer / Student has an Account with an ATM card facility in any STATE BANK branch.

The Customer / Student will have to register himself first with NIT Durgapur, to make payments. The SCREEN SHOTS of registration are self explaining.

Swipe your card in the Card Reader Slot of the ATM

Choose “ SERVICES” from the menu items

1. REGISTRATION

In the next screen choose “ INST FEES ” from the menu items

Enter PIN

Select “CUSTOMER

REGISTRATION” from the menu

Customer Registration should be done one time only for every ATM cards. Once registered choose “ FEES-PAYMENT “ in this menu to pay FEES for the particular Institute registered.

Name of the Institutes are arranged alphabetically. We can get NIT DURGAPUR in the list by pressing the No. “6” and selecting “Yes” in the Touch Screen for “13” times.

The following screens will appear one after another with same INPUT.

In the 14th Screen, select “3” from keypad and confirm “Yes”. The Card gets registered for “NIT DURGAPUR” fees payment.

Once the Card gets registered, it can be used to make NIT FEES payment 24x7 and from any STATE BANK ATMs by the following flowchart.

2. FEES PAYMENT

SWIPE CARD Select “SERVICES”

Select “INST FEES”

Enter “PIN”

Select “FEES PAYMENT” here.

Name of the INSTITUTE registered for FEES PAYMENT appears here. Type the number against your INSTITUTE from the keypad and then comfirm by pressing “Yes”.

Enter “8” Digit Registration No. from keypad.

Name of the Student and corresponding Roll No. will appear

in the Screen.

Select the TYPE OF FEES in this screen

Finalize the PAYMENT through the following Screens

Enter the Semester TUTION FEES from

the keypad and press “Yes” to

confirm and make final payment

Get confirmation from the following Screen. Take the printout RECEIPT and keep it safely for future records.
