As an undergraduate student, I am glad to have this opportunity to take part in The 28th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Epidemiological Association. It is also my first time to attend an academic conference. I really learn a lot from the speeches given by all the researches. Also, exchanging ideas with different countries have broadened my horizons. In addition, the Welcome party as well as the International party provided us a good platform for making friends in the same field and sharing our studies. Most important of all, I really learn a lot from the comments received during my presentation. These comments encourage me to work harder in my study. Thanks for a wonderful conference and wonderful people. Thanks for my advisor and family for the supporting. I am looking forward to attending this meeting in the future.

I appreciate the opportunity to attend the 28th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Epidemiological Association, which is a meaningfully international conference, and I’m grateful that I can report our study on “Cancer survival in Cixian of China, 2003-2013: A population-based study”. In the international academic conference, I benefited a lot from the expert opinions during my oral presentation. The conference provided a good chance for researchers to discuss academic topics and it’s also an excellent platform for young researchers to know more experts and study more knowledge. So thanks for the Japan Epidemiological Association (JEA) invitation very much. It’s very necessary to hold the Annual Scientific Meeting. At last, thank the Japan Epidemiological Association (JEA) and the crew.

It has been a pleasure to be involved in the 28th meeting of Japan Epidemiology Association. It is not always easy to participate in a quality congress so far away of her country. By offering me a such opportunity, JEA’s organizers gave me the possibility to meet new collaborators, to listen interesting presentations and debates, but as well, to expose the work of my team. I appreciated efforts done by participants to transmit their ideas and knowledge into a language that is not ours. I would like also to thank Fukushima city for welcoming and each member of JEA for their kindly. Thank you!

Epidemiology Association for the opportunity to attend such a wonderful conference. For me as for resident, the experience of oral presentation with a report in English is very important, in addition, the discussion after the report was very interesting! And, of course, travel to Japan was unforgettable. This conference format provides a good platform for participants to build professional relationships with international community.
