Abstract: Along with the growing Muslim population in

Indonesia has increased the potential for halal products

were great, the context of the recognition of halal food

needs to be examined further. Halal products should be

recognized as a symbol of cleanliness, safety, and high

quality for Muslim consumers (Merican, 1995). Until

now though there is plenty of halal food and many

research reports about the halal food market, but the

study of the theory of purchasing kosher food is very rare

(Natural & Suyuti, 2011). To boost economic growth

through the development of halal products, it must know

the level of awareness in Indonesia Muslim behavior as

consumers of halal products. Awareness is the ability to

perceive an event as well as the object, which implies the

concept of understanding and perception of the event or

subject. In a promotional message to shape perceptions

and consumer confidence, the promotional messages

tailored to the intended target market and the moment or

Abstract: The concept that underlies a fast food

restaurant is how a restaurant can get high sales volume

at a low cost. It applies self-service methods and a non-

professional store workforce, yet supported by modern

and productive technology. In Indonesia, the growth and

development of fast-food restaurants are very promising,

as evidenced by the proliferation of fast-food restaurants

everywhere. PT LTI is one of the pioneers in Korean

fast-food restaurant which entered the Indonesian market

since the beginning of 2012 that offers a unique taste of

Korean wrapped in the concept of fast food, which is an

advantage for the Company. Yet, PT LTI's financial

report recorded loss for seven consecutive years since

2012. With its unique products and supportive market

conditions, PT LTI should not experience profitability

issues. This study aims to analyze the management

control system applied by PT LTI using the four levers of

control approach, namely belief systems, boundary

systems, diagnostic systems, and interactive control

systems. The study was conducted using the case study

method and using interviews, focus group discussions,

and questionnaires to obtain the data and information

needed. The results of this study indicate the problems

that occur to PT LTI are mainly caused by the

inadequacy of the management control system's

application in analysis using the four levers of control

approach. The Company nearly does not apply

interactive control systems and has a very weak

diagnostic system. These two problems make it hard to

compare and measure the actual performance of the firm,

which will impact the strategy determination and target

    settlement.

Abstract: One of the measures of performance based

budgeting can be applied by using the balanced scorecard

as a framework. The Balanced Scorecard University of

Indonesia (UI) has four perspectives namely

Stakeholders, Internal Business Process, Learning &

Growth and Financial in accordance with Tridharma UI.

Furthermore, from four perspectives that will be derived

indicators that have been determined by the university

will be cascaded to the faculties and Administrative

Centers of UI including the Health Sciences Cluster of

the University of Indonesia (RIK UI). After that RIK UI

will determine its own indicators and programs in each

planned activity. There is a significant change in the

process of preparing the Activity Plan and Budget at RIK

UI before and after using the balanced scorecard. Before

the implementation of the balanced scorecard, RIK could

not determine the priority list of program activities and

the budget. The performance of each activity program

that has been carried out also does not have a clear

report. As a result, RIK UI plans a lot of programs that

are not optimal in its implementation. The program of

activities made less than optimal results in output that is

not in accordance with the targets of UI's strategic

objectives and less optimal absorption of the budget at

RIK UI. The study was conducted using the case study

method and using interviews and data analysis needed.

The results of this study indicate that problems occur in

RIK due to limited units when accessing the balanced

scorecard UI so that the determination of programs and

activities is often not appropriate and the budget is not

    well absorbed.

Abstract: Each organization faces an uncertainty

that manifests to opportunities and threats in an

effort to achieve goals and objectives. The source of

an uncertainty from internal or external environment

encountered in operating. It is also known as risks

that must be managed to give a good assurance to

reach the goals and objectives. PQR Commission as

an institution formed under Law, aims to improve of

efficiency and effectiveness of efforts to eradicate

corruption. PQR Commission is an independent

state institution, which in carrying out its duties and

authority is free from any power. But that cannot

makes the PQR Commission free from uncertainty.

The PQR Commission has realized the need to

control risk in 2012. However, the implementation

of risk management started since 2015. This study

aims to analyze of risk management implementation

and internal audit’s role in risk management at PQR

    Commission. This research uses descriptive

analytical method with data triangulation technique

collection. The results of this study indicate that the

implementation of risk management at PQR

Commission has not been effective enough, which

is the main obstacle is the commitment of the

leadership and awareness of risk at all levels of the

organization that is still low. The Directorate of

Internal Monitoring as an internal auditor has also

not been effective in carrying out its role in

developing risk management, especially in giving

Abstract: Management of receipts and receivables of

Vehicle Tax / Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) in the

Government of DKI Jakarta is carried out by the Badan

Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BPRD). In its implementation,

the BPRD has a work unit that is specialized in collecting

PKB, namely the Unit Pelayanan Pajak Kendaraan

Bermotor (UP PKB). UP PKB is led by one Unit Head. UP

PKB is incorporated in the Sistem Administrasi Manunggal

Satu Atap (Samsat) which also includes Police and PT. Jasa

Raharja. Samsat serves the issuance of Surat Tanda

Kendaraan Bermotor (STNK), PKB, BBN-KB, and

mandatory donations for road traffic accident funds/

Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan

(SWDKLLJJ). This study aims to analyze the

implementation of the Government Internal Control System

as regulated in Peraturan Pemerintah No. 60 Tahun 2008

related to the management of receipts and receivables of

PKB. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a

case study approach. BPRD has carried out internal control

activities to ensure optimal performance in terms of

managing receipts and receivables. However, the

implementation of internal control is not optimal enough.

This is because some SPIP elements have not been

implemented well. The results of the analysis of the control

environment elements are the organizational structure and

the number of UP PKB not in accordance with needs. The

element of risk assessment has not been running optimally

as a whole. The elements of control activities have not been

optimally implemented in terms of controlling the accuracy

of the data and information from their system data and lack

of internal control documentation. The information and

communication elements have not been optimally

implemented in terms of the development of information

Abstract: The high cost of maintaining industrial

equipment results in many companies trying to make cost

reductions for the maintenance of their equipment,

especially machine parts that move and wear out quickly

due to friction or as a result of the production process.

But actually there is technology that can handle this

problem, especially tool parts made of steel commonly

called coatings. Coating is a coating process for steel

materials that are worn or corrosion. One of the

technologies used is thermal spray. Coating treatment for

now is still considered relevant enough to be considered

as a cost reduction method, because with this coating

wear and corrosion tools can still be optimized for use as

long as the basic material of steel which is a coating

media is still feasible and not weathered. This is because

weathered material can no longer absorb coated material

or can peel. The industries that commonly use this

coating service are the oil, gas, power and other large

industries. PT T has a constraint that is Thermal spray

coating is still limited in its application because it can

only be applied to metalic coatings only. The high

investment and materials related to this coating service

need to be analyzed the cost efficiency of these services

using Total Quality Management and Cost of Poor

Quality analysis. From the results of this study note that

by redesigning and analyzing Total Quality Management

and Cost of Poor Quality and repairing JWO the

company can reduce losses from the high risk of

Abstract: Software quality is affected by its develop-

ment process. The software development process, in

general, goes through several stages, including project

    management, system requirements analysis, architecture,

and design, implementation and testing. On each of these

stages it cannot be separated from the process of

capturing, storing, transferring and sharing knowledge

between the developer and the stakeholders. This

systematic review aimed to analyze the knowledge

management process in the software development

process. In this systematic review we used the Preferred

Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-

Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. We reviewed twenty-two

works of literature from several publisher sources and

analyzed the knowledge management process in software

development. The analysis revealed that the knowledge

products and services, but its business performance has

not yet satisfied various parties. The purpose of this study

is to determine the role of innovation in the relationship

between customer orientation and business performance.

In addition, also to obtain empirical evidence of the

influence of customer orientation both directly and

indirectly on the business performance of PT Pegadaian

(Persero). The design of this study uses a quantitative

approach with a survey method. This research model is

confirmatory, so the data analysis technique used is the

structural equation model (SEM) with the application of

the LISREL program. The study population was all

customers of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in the Southern

Sumatra Region. The number of research samples is 120

respondents taken by accidental sampling. The results of

this study indicate that the direct influence of customer

orientation on business performance is smaller than

indirectly through innovation. This shows that the

innovation variable is a good mediator for the

relationship between customer orientation and business

performance. The better customer orientation is done, it

will increase innovation, which in turn will affect the

business performance of PT Pegadaian (Persero). The
