PRIORITIZING: Pressing Next Steps K-12

July 6-10:Survey To Families and District Level Focus Groups: Defined parameters around choices (e.g., for entire semester; understanding of remote delivery, etc)

Selection by families for full remote is a one semester time commitment- no “in and out”

HR will send survey to staff to identify preference for teaching remote students*

number of students who will not be attending school (specific by building) and the number of teachers needed to teach remotely.

*Ensure wording shares this preference is not indicative of the teacher’s working environment

Staffing must be determined by July 17 and communicated to Principals to make action plans for specific buildings
