Rationale for selecting the lessons:

Pre Mid-term Exam: 30% (as per the CBSE assessment guidelines) of the whole portion has

been selected. This includes the four lessons mentioned above.

Mid Term Exam: 30% of the first quarter and the whole portion covered till the first term has

been selected. The lessons which have been repeated carry more weight and hence have been

chosen.

Pre-annual exam: 10% of the first quarter, 30% of the midterm exam portion and the entire

portion covered post the mid-term has been considered for this exam. The lessons which have

been repeated carry more weight and hence have been chosen.

Annual Exam: 100% of the syllabus is covered.
