Bookings• For bookings call 0800 VAL BUFFET, or online at www.valentines.co.nz• Bookings are essential to secure a table. Online bookings require a 24 hour notice period.

Pricing• All prices include GST.• Special prices apply on promotional days - (including but not limited to) Valentines Day,

Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Day

Dress Code• Valentines Dress Code – Smart Casual Attire at all times

Products and Promotions• Please note some of our products are subject to availability and seasonality• Weekend pricing and menu applies on Public Holidays• Special menu will replace the standard menu on promotional days - (including but not limited to) Valentines

Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Day• All Food and Beverages to be consumed on site.• Duty Manager needs to be notified if you have a food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity.• Valentines cannot guarantee that our dishes are 100% free of allergens due to product preparation in the

same kitchen and no guarantee from suppliers.

Deposits and Payments• Deposits are required for group bookings of over 15 people.• Full payment is required either at the start or the end of your dining time.• One payment for bookings of over 15 people.• Any person sitting in the restaurant is counted as a customer.

Cancellations• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.• A NO SHOW CHARGE may apply for booking numbers not honoured.

Dining Times• A 90 minute dining time applies from the time of your booking.

Supervision and Property• Children must be supervised at all times.• We reserve the right to claim for damages caused by any patrons at all times.• Valentines holds no responsibility for any property lost / stolen on the premises.

Alcohol• All Valentines Restaurants have an On Site Liquor License - Alcohol regulations apply at all times pursuant to

the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Smoking• Valentines is a smoke free restaurant - pursuant to the Smokefree Environment Act 2011.

**In the event of any dispute, Valentines reserves the right to make the final decision.**
