Tender Notice to Book Vendors and Distributors Quotations are invited the from bone-fide and authorized vendors for supplying of following books for the Department of

Botany, Chemistry, Physics and Zoology from the DBT star College grant (San. No. 102/1FD/SAN/4679/2018-2019 dated

01.03.2019). Interested parties may submit quotations in the prescribed proforma to the offices of Principal, Jhargram Raj

College, Jhargram by February 15, 2021. Please see proforma A for the detail information to be submitted along with the

quotation. Please quote the amount of discount to be offered by the vendor along with the detail of publisher, edition and

year of publication (Mandatory). Please categorically mentioned the country of publication and latest edition of all the

titles must be quoted and back edition wil not be entertained unless it is mentioned in the tender notice. Indian edition of

all the books if available at all will be preferable. For details, visit College website- www.jrc.ac.in.

The cligibility criteria are given below a. The delivery should be made to the office of the Coordinator, DBT star College, Jhargram Raj College or to the office

of the undersigned at a time within 15 days from date of issuance of supply order. b. The rates should remain valid for the period up to March 2021. The rates once accepted will not be changed under any

circumstances. c. The tender must be submitted in the prescribed proforma enclosed herewith. d. The violation of any of the conditions will entitle cancellation of the quotation and subsequent order. e. Photocopy of Professional Tax return for the last financial year, PAN No., current trade license and must be submitted

along with the quotation.

f. The tender inviting authority shall verify the above mentioned documents (In original) which are mandatory for the

participation before issuance of the work order.

g. Payment of bills on its production will be made after successful supply of the items within stipulated time

h. The quotations will be out rightly rejected if it comes to the notice of the tender inviting authority during scrutiny that

the credential or any other paper of the tenderer is found fabricated etc.

i. The undersigned reserves the right of accepting or cancelling the tender without assigning any reason.
