On completion of the module one should be clear aboutthe parameters required during drive test what does itmean and how much it is important.

Current Channel

Definitions:

1. Time: It is system time of computer.

2. Cell name: It displays the name ofthe sector which is serving according

to the cellfile that is loaded in TEMS.3. CGI : It stands for the Cell Gloal

Identity which is uni!ue for everysector of the site. It consists ofMCC"M#C"$%C"CI.

MCC: Moile Country Code & ' ((()e.g. *&* in India+" M#C: Moile

4 BCCH ARFCN: It tells y which CC< is

the moile station getting served.

4 TCH ARFCN: =n which Traffic 9re!. call is

going on.

4 BSIC )ase Station Identity Code+ : It is

4 Mode: It is shows in which state is moile

It is the numer which tells from whichfre!. from given M% list for sector

sector will start from first fre!. to hop.

Indicates se!uence in which fre!uencies

are allowed to hop from the M% $ist. &/

which is dedicated to reflecting the !uality ofthe speech )as opposed to radio environment

conditions+. This means that when optimiAing

the speech !uality in your networ," SI is the

4 C0I : The carrier/over/interference ratio is the

ratio etween the signal strength of the current

serving cell and the signal strength of
