Expectations for the 5th call More:

projects with Finnish universities

double degree (joint) programmes based on the application of the Tuning methodology

student involvement in Tempus projects

projects on LLL and qualifications frameworks

projects on the recognition/validation of non-formal and informal learning

projects aimed at strengthening capacity of universities in terms of their self-identification (federal and national research universities)

About 85% Russian universities are in favour of double degrees/joint programmes

higher education in Russia and hence more projects to: Form national information networks

integrated into European networks – to ensure information support for university cooperation and academic mobility.

Address issues relating to qualifications frameworks to ensure compatibility of the learning outcomes.

Identified weaknesses Logframes containing vague indicators,

Lack of the European dimension (traditional curricula of the grantholder are promoted,

the Tuning methodology is not used at all (including the learning outcomes concept)

And as a consequence the EU dimension is often lacking and comparability and compatibility of degrees is at serious risk

As a rule, no methodology for the curricula development is agreed on, as partners focus largely on the content, but not on the methodology of its presentation and teaching

dissemination sometimes is envisaged to start at the end of the project

resources of the NTO are not exploited by the project Russian partners
