valores orientan las actividades de las organizaciones.
• Que debe aportar la empresa a la sociedad, metas que debe perseguir y que valores debe tomar en cuenta para conseguirla.
- Ethos- Normas – Lo que es moral o no.- Moral: Desde su origen – Ética: Reflexión- Teleológico: Mayor utilidad a la mayoría- Deontológicas: Respeto por el ser humano- Dialógica: Consenso para aprobar normas
• Deontológico: Norma expresa juicios que prohíben o mandan un determinado comportamiento.
• Axiológica: Valores, representan lo que es bueno individual o comunitariamente. Lo preferible no lo obligatorio
- Pluralismo ético- Sistema de valores - Sistemático- Obrar racionalmente – Reflexionar antes de
