The LessonWhat?: Students will gain a profound knowledge of Egyptian social classes. How? : Students will be put into different groups with each assigned specific social class and then create a story. When?: Students will work in groupson researching in class and creating a story at home.

History Lesson?• Students will work in groups of three.
• Students will research their social class and
put up information on their tildee. • Students must also include the sources
where they found their information. • Teachers will grade their tildees based on a
checklist given before the project.

How is this Lesson Differentiated?
• Members of each group will be assigned a role.
-researcher -image designer -recorder -vocals(voicethread only) • Textual resources will be available for
three different levels.
Why is this lesson effective? • Students must decide the significance of the
different information they find. • Lesson provides the students more
responsibility and more ownership of their education.
• The use of technology allows them to easily
collaborate with their classmates. • Lesson will encourage open-mindedness in
the students.
