All Techno Water units are manufactured to last 10 to 20 years, and maintenance is very low, as per sheet above.

TECHNO WATER – new units development 3T /day unit a small size which can be used on ships and oil rigs or any place with restricted space. The prices will be between $255,000 and $380,000 per unit depending if it is for river, lake water or seawater. The unit ‘s weight is 600 Kg. There are also new units for home use, if in a given city the city water is not drinkable one can install a small unit and obtain pure drinkable water. One unit will cost $19,000 but a minimum quantity of 100 units will be required for the manufacturing to take place.

TECHNO WATER - FAQ Does the smallest unit do 7,000 cubic liters per day? Yes, in 24 hours In order to obtain 7 tons of drinkable water the unit must process 21 tons of seawater. In general by seawater it is about 3 times of the capacity for example 20 ton unit is 60 tons processing and river, lake water is 1.5 times, 20 tons drinking water must process 30 tons. How many such units fill a 20 feet or 40 feet container? One unit per container, with different process capacities 10T… and so on until 200 T/day. One ton being 1,000 liters. The dimensions L x B x H. and weight of each of the various capacity models that you wish to popularize. (This will be required when we have to select a suitable carrier for our mobile unit.) Dimensions correspond to international one 20 feet and 40 feet containers. Weight: 20 feet container 4.5t and 40 feet container 6.5t What does it cost to operate? Do they use electricity or diesel? It can operate on the diesel generator built in; the cost is only the diesel fuel. So it does not really matter the source of power. Cost of equipment includes a yearly maintenance. What happens after first year? What is the yearly maintenance cost per Unit? Spare parts, which parts have to be replaced? What is cost of RO membrane replacement? How long the unit has to be shut down to get serviced? Basically, only change would be RO Filter but its price depends on size of length and diameter of tubular structure. One costs 4,500 USD to 9,000 USD. Depending on number of usage by architect planning, it varies the cost of maintenance. The quality of water, the bigger the cost of annual treatment process would increase its maintenance cost too. Only negative aspect of RO Filter is the cost; however our company envisions that it lasts 6 months in short, 2 years max. As a guide of effectiveness. What are the spares which come with each one of the units? One year Bacillus Natto, one RO membrane, intake hose spare for the pump.

How many people it takes to operate your units/truck or containers? What type of education knowledge is required to run the units? (Chemist, electrician, driver laborer?) Does the manufacturer provide free training and education and where?

There is no special training, it is push button operation, one operator is enough, and it can be the driver if it a truck an operation manual is provided. Training can be done in Japan 10 to 14 days for the replacement procedure and maintenance process. Usage and price of Bacillus Natto? Depending on how much water is used and transparency, terms and conditions vary. About 10 ton type per day would need 100 g to 200 g. In the sales price one-year supply is included and then a 20 kg pack is 1,100 USD. What about Waste/Sediments/? The equipment absorbs transparent water and do not assume to absorb impure substance on the surface. Sediments and water, which cannot be for drinkable automatically, go out through the passage of pipeline to the outside storage. If it is mud, sand it can be returned to the sea, river, lake since it has no chemicals, if it is oil, crude oil polluted it has to be treated separately. The main purpose of this equipment is to provide drinking water out of polluted or contaminated water, not to treat the sediments/waste.

Have you examined the merits of Techno Water unit over the competitors unit? Well, according to the Japanese their system are far superior and the only one in the world, superior equipment, RO, and process enabling to obtain mineral water, like Evian or Vittel. How many of these systems have been sold? Sales just started, one unit was sold in India and one unit in Bangladesh, and a contract is signed for 5 units in China. Negotiations are underway with Philippines for 700 units and in Japan with the Japanese Navy to install units on battleships. Would the American or Japanese counterparts be available to set up an assembly line in India? If so, what is the strategy that you have envisaged to do so? Yes, a license contract can be done The pricing FOB or CIF Calcutta / Chennai / Cochin/ New-Mumbai (Nava Shewa) per piece?
