TITAN T450-4 – BULK RECEPTION FEEDER

The TITAN T450-4 is a fully mobile conveyor designed to work at high production rates. TITAN Bulk Reception

Feeders are designed to incorporate a heavy duty apron chain belt feeder which ensures the surge of material

discharging from the truck can be transferred in a regulated and controlled manner. The chain and sprocket

driven belt ensures that there is no stalling of the feed conveyor, compared to regular ‘roller type’ belt feeders

Telestacks Bulk Reception Feeder Range is designed to be loaded directly from trucks, wheel loaders, grab

cranes, excavators etc.), feed auxiliary equipment, reclaim to other conveyors, directly load ships, trucks, rail

wagons etc. Since the Bulk Reception Feeder is wheel mounted the unit has excellent mobility on site and will

eliminate double handling of material, which reduces overall costs for operator.

that the client can make their own control

arrangements.

Emergency stops and pull-wires.

Operational and Maintenance Lighting.

Start-up Sirens and Alarms.

Local operator start panel.

Traffic lights to indicate to operators when to

tip or when not to.

Note: All control panels and field instrumentation are

available to ATEX regulations including Zones 20, 21 and

22.
