Tests on ready Distribution Boxes.

1) Free falling of the box from 1m height from different sides and angles (themost damaging of them). Accepted result: Appearance of very small and external injuries only,without cracks, broken pieces or throughout holes).

2) impact strength test: 20 joules impact energy .(hammer of 5kg falling from40cm height at the center of the base and the cover). Accepted result: Appearance of very small and external injuries only,without cracks, broken pieces or throughout holes).

3) The sides of the base of the box shall be straight. Accepted result: When putting the cover on the base of the box and fixthe 4 screws, the lateral sides of the base must be straight in order totouch and press the rubber gasket of the cover and achieve proper water-tightness.

4) The minimum thickness of the SMC base and cover must be at least 3mm.
