Reporting Approach I Washington CSPA I : Under the Washington Revised Code (RCW), Chapter 70.240 Children's Safe Product Act (CPSA), Section 170.240.010, manufacturers of children' s products are required to notifY Washington Department of Ecology when chemieal(s) of high concern to children (CHCCs) is (are) present in the products or, if the product contains more than one component, each product component. To fac ilitate this requirement, Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Chapter 173-334 Children's Safe Product Act Reporting Rule was adopted with the guidance by the following document(s).

I "Guidance to Children's Safe Product Act Reporting Rule· Product Component" by Washington Department of Ecology, (November 14 2011)

2 "Guidance to Children's Safe Product Act Reporting Rule • Reporting Contaminants and Due Diligence" by Washington Department of Ecology, (September 6 2011)
