We first prepare a set of deliverables that include: A High Level Work Plan and Project Plan Requirements Gathering and Analysis Project Plan Project Risk Assessment and Assumptions (if any) Weekly Status Report Retrospection and Customer Feedback

Sequence of Activities


Our implementation process is split into several stages: (TnM IT Consultant will be responsible for managing the whole project.)

Stage 1 – Analysis/Software RequirementsTnM IT Consultant being a technical analyst will have a detailed discussion with the customer for creating a SRS.He will be responsible for gathering Phase I (data update) and Phase II (programming update) requirements.

Stage 2 – Design SpecificationsTnM IT Consultant will carry out all the tasks related to the analysis and design of the application, database and required integration.

Implementation Cycle


Stage 3 – Development / ImplementationTnM Developers will carry out the development and implementation of solutions in scope.

Stage 4 – Testing and Quality AssuranceTnM testers will carry out the testing and Q.A. for each phase to insure that the finished product complies with the requirements mentioned in the SRS.

Stage 5 – Testing/Deployment and TrainingTnM deployment team will deploy the final solution into production based on discussion with clients.
