Prayer Concerns Diane Bajner, Barbara Dorl, Janice Goetz, Kendra Goetz, Pattie Guldberg (Pastor Alicia’s mother), Arline Mueller, Susie Raines, Kristine Schroeder, Faith Valido. We pray for our Trinity Church Family, friends, community, the healthcare workers, first responders, and our leaders, for continued courage, strength, grace and peace. We pray for those grieving the loss of a loved one, for those made ill from the Covid-19 virus, the many individuals who are suffering from the loss of their job and income, and all of us who have been impacted by this pandemic. As we move into the next Phase 3 Restore Illinois plan and more businesses and outdoor recreation are allowed to reopen, we pray for healing, health and continued safety for all the community. Class of 2020 Graduates Trinity celebrates the Class of 2020 graduates: Shannon Lee, daughter of Kellie and Pat Lee and granddaughter of Kay Shannon, graduated from Marist High School on Sunday, May 24. Shannon was the recipient of the Block M Marist Youth Award! She will continue her studies at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana in the fall and will pursue an Elementary and Special Education Degree with a minor in Orphans and Vulnerable Children.

Steven McShane, son of Karen and Bill McShane, graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in molecular bio chemistry. At this time plans are rather unsure but his desire is to attend medical school. From proud grandparents Arlene and David Sladek and great grandparents Bruce and Char Dunk Sladek: As a family we are proud to have two High School graduates - Simon Sladek - home schooled senior graduate going to a local 4-year College near home close to Peoria, IL. Son of Steven and Alisa Sladek. Jonathan Latek - senior graduate from Lincolnway West High School in New Lenox going to Joliet Junior College. Son of James and Tracy Latek. We are also proud to have two Grade School graduates: Ethan Sladek - home schooled 8th grade graduate going on to be a home schooled High School Freshman. Jack Latek - 8th grade graduate from New Lenox Liberty Jr. High school going on to be a Freshman at Lincolnway West High School. Noah’s Ark Preschool has 14 Pre-K students graduating and heading off to kindergarten in the fall. Congratulations on your hard work and perseverance to complete your last school year under very difficult, challenging times and stress of the pandemic.
