TheBlinkSummerSkiFestivalisatraditionalskiandbiathlon event hosted in the city streets every summer. 3. TRAVEL TO SANDNES STADIUM3.1 Official Airport and Arrival InformationTheofficialairport,locatedinSola(8kmfromSandnesStadium),isStavangerInternationalAirport,where the LOC will provide adequate welcome services.
3.1.1 Welcome ServiceUponarrivalatStavangerAirport,Sola,theteamswillbemetbytheirTeamAttachés.
Therewillbeawelcomedesknearthebaggageclaimandtheexit,wherethepick-uppointfortransportationislocated.TheWelcomedeskwillbeoperationalatthetimeoftheteamarrivals.
Aftercollectingluggage,teammemberswillbeescortedtotheofficialbusesbytheTeamAttachéandtakentotheteamhotel.
Thetransfertimefromtheairporttotheofficialhotelsisbetween5-25minutes,dependingonhotellocation.
3.1.2 Transportation of vaulting polesTheLOCwillprovidetransportforthedeliveryofvaultingpoles.Uponarrivalattheairportathletesareresponsiblefortakingtheirvaultingpolestothewelcomedesk,whereLOCteammemberswillassist. Vaulting poles will then be transported by the LOC to the training site at Sandnes Stadium. LOC will provide a minivan or lorry for this service. This special transfer will be arranged at the end of the arrivalday.Theteamwillbegivenaformtofilloutandattachtothebagforbetteridentification.Thedetailswillincludecountryname,nameoftheathlete,content(numberofpoles)anddeparturedetails(date,flightnumber,time).
3.2 Arrival by TrainTherewillbenoWelcomeDeskatthemainrailwaystationinSandnes.TeamsarrivingbytrainwillbemetbyLOCrepresentativesandtakentotheteamhotel,accordingtothearrivaltimesgiveninthefinalentrysystem.
3.3 Arrival by RoadTeamsarrivingbyroadarekindlyaskedtogodirectlytotheirhotel,whererepresentativesfromtheLOC will welcome them.
3.4 Visa RequirementsThefollowingcountriesrequirevisatoenterNorway:• Turkey• BelarusVisasshouldbeobtainedbeforeleavingyourcountry,fromtheNorwegianEmbassyinAnkaraforTurkeyandfromtheFrenchEmbassyinMinskforBelarus.
A special invitation letter and visa application information will be sent to participants who require visa. Forquestionsregardingvisa,pleasecontact:
SiljeTonning,email:[email protected] Holders of valid Schengen visas can freely enter Norway without additional Norwegian visa.
3.5 InsuranceAccordingtotheRegulation610.12theparticipatingMemberFederationsareresponsiblefortakingouttheirowninsurancetocovertheriskofillnessorinjuryofanymemberoftheirteamwhentravellingtoandfromtheEuropeanAthleticseventandduringtheeventitself.Pleasetakethenecessarystepstofulfiltheserequirementswellinadvance.

4. ACCREDITATION4.1 GeneralEachteammemberwillreceiveanaccreditationcard,whichmustbewornatalltimesandshouldbeclearly visible. Security personnel will control all areas. The accreditation is not transferable and does notallowtheholdertotakeanotherpersonbeyondcheckpoints.Photosarenotrequiredfortheaccreditation card system.
4.2 Accreditation CentreTeamAccreditationwillbehandedoutattheinformationdeskattheTeamHotels.UponarrivalattheTeamHoteltheTeamLeaderwillbeescortedtothedeskbytheTeamAttaché.

4.3 Accreditation ProcedureAccreditationcardswillbepreparedinadvance,basedontheinformationprovidedbytheMemberFederationthroughtheEuropeanAthleticseventmanagementsystem.Nochangeswillbeacceptedafterthefinalentries’deadline.
TheTeamLeaderwillbeaskedtocompletethefollowingformalitiesbeforehecancollecttheaccreditationcardsforthewholeteam:- LOC accommodation invoice- Uniformcheck- Collectionofcompetitionrelatedforms,bibnumbersandinformation- Confirmationofdeparturedetails
Note:incaseofoutstandingaccommodationpaymentstheteamleaderwillbefirstrequestedtoproceedtotheAccreditationCentretosettlethefinancialduties(seesection5.4.3.)
4.4 Access Areas for Teams and Special PassesAllteamaccreditationcardswillallowaccesstotheteamseatingarea,warm-upareaandtrainingareas,changingfacilitiesandphysiotherapyrooms.Onlyathleteswhoareabouttocompetewillhaveaccesstothewarm-uparea,callroomandtotheinfield.Furthermore,theaccreditationcanbeusedto access the Team Shuttle Buses.
TheHeadofDelegationfromeachteamisinvitedtotheVIPHospitalityareaandwillbegiventhenecessary access number on the accreditation card.
Special passes will be provided to the teams as required for the following categories- TIC(onlyforcollectingitemsfromthepigeonhole)- Mixedzone(foraccesstoathletesattheendofthemixedzone)–oneperteam.- Fieldeventscoachingarea(1perathlete)
4.5 Loss of an Accreditation CardAnylostordamagedaccreditationcardsshouldbereportedtotheTICatSandnesStadium.Duplicatecards can be obtained where proof of identity can be established.
UnauthoriseduseofanAccreditationcardwillresultinthecardbeingconfiscated.
5. ACCOMMODATION 5.1 General InformationThe LOC has made accommodation arrangements for team members in 4 hotels of similar standard.
ThehotelswillofficiallyopenwithfullservicesonWednesday,7August.Ifmembersofyourfederationareplanningtoarriveearlier,pleasecontacttheLOC([email protected])wellinadvancetomakesurespecificarrangementsaremade.

5.4 ACCOMMODATION COSTS AND EUROPEAN ATHLETICS QUOTA5.4.1 European Athletics QuotaAccordingtothecompetitionregulations(610.4),EuropeanAthleticswillcoverthecostsofupto4(four)daysofthefullboardaccommodationoftheparticipatingteamsforamaximumof25(twentyfive)maleathletes,25(twentyfive)femaleathletesand13(thirteen)officials.FortheFirstLeague,EuropeanAthleticswillalsocovertheadditionalnightforamaximumof4officialsand14athletesperparticipatingteam(fortheathletescompetingintheeventsheldduringthefirstcompetitionday).
No contribution shall be made in respect of athletes representing the host European Athletics MemberFederation.
5.4.2 Accommodation CostsThefollowingrates(perpersoninfullboard)mustbepaidbytheMemberFederationforteammembersabovethepreviouslymentionedquotaandforadditionaldays:

5.4.4 Extra Charges TheTeamLeadermustsettlephonebillsandallotherextraservicesatthehotelreception,beforedeparture.TheTeamLeaderwillberequestedacreditcardbythehotelreceptiondeskforextras.AllpaymentsmustbemadeinNOKorEUR.
5.5 Rooming listDetailedinformationaboutathletesandofficials’roominglistwillhavetobeenteredbytheMemberFederationsduringtheFinalEntriesprocess.
5.6 MealsMealswillallbeservedinbuffetstyleand,totheextentpossible,willbesimilarinallhotels.Alargeselectionofsuitablefoodwillbeavailabletakingintoconsiderationspecialdiets,religionandcultureofthe participants.
Mealstimesshallbeasfollows:- Breakfast : from07:30to10:00- Lunch : from11:30to14:30- Dinner : from19:00to21:30
A late serving provision will be made for those athletes retained at the stadium due to doping controls or protests.
Forbreakfast,lunchanddinner,water,milkandfruitdrinksareavailablefreeofcharge.Allotherdrinksmustbepaidfor.
Accreditationcardswillallowaccesstomeals.Furthermore,accesstorestaurantswillonlybepossibleat the hotel where the respective team is staying.

5.7 SERVICES IN THE TEAM HOTELS5.7.1 Meeting Rooms Rooms for meeting opportunities are available at all team hotels. Reservations shall be made via the InformationDeskatareasonabletimeinadvance. Toensurethatallteamshaveaccesstothemeetingroom,usagemaybelimited.
Teamsrequiringanyadditionalservicemaymakeseparatearrangementsthroughtheinformationdesk.Thereisalsothepossibilitytoreserveoffice/meetingroomsforTeams,withexclusiverightforthewholedurationoftheChampionships.Fordedicatedarrangementspleasecontact:[email protected].
5.7.2 Rooms for physiotherapyDedicated rooms for physiotherapy will be provided for the teams to set-up their own massage beds.
5.7.3 Internet accessFreeinternetaccesswillbeprovidedatteamhotels.

7.2 Orientation visit and technical briefingTherewillbeavisitorganisedtoSandnesStadiumonThursday8august2019at14:30,inorderforthe team delegates to inspect access routes and other facilities which will be important to the teams. TeamdelegatesaretomeetLOCmembersattheTIC,fromwheretheywillbeescortedtothisvisit.
Eachteammayberepresentedbyamaximumoftwoteamdelegatesand,ifnecessary,aninterpreter.ItisveryimportantthatallteamsarerepresentedattheinspectionoftheCompetitionVenue.Theinspection will be held in English.
There will be no dedicated transport provided for this activity. Team delegates shall use the Team ShuttleServicefromtheteamhotel.PleaserefertotheInformationDeskintheTeamHotelfordetailed information.
There will be no formal Technical Meeting, but a technical briefing instead which will take place right after the competition venue inspection in the call-room located in the warm-up area. TechnicalDelegate,EuropeanAthleticsandLOCCompetitionStaffwillmakethemselvesavailabletoany Team delegate that wish to address any particular matters.
Informationandproposalsontheprogressions,startingheightsandraisingofthebarswillbedistributed in advance during accreditation procedure. Teams are requested to submit their change proposals latest by 18:00 on Wednesday, 7 August 2019 at the TIC.ThefinaldecisionoftheTechnicalDelegateonthesematterswillbecommunicatedatthetechnicalbriefinganddistributedviatheTIC.
Written QuestionsAnyenquiriesconcerningthetechnicalconductoftheChampionshipsmustbemadeinwriting(inEnglish).ThesequestionswillbeansweredattheTechnicalBriefing.The forms on which the questions must be written will be distributed upon your arrival at the AccreditationCentre,butwillalsobeavailableonline.TheseformsmustbereturnedtotheTICorfilled–inonlineonthefinalconfirmationsonlineplatform,nolaterWednesday,7Augustat18:00.NoquestionswillbeacceptedduringtheTechnicalBriefing.

Subjecttotheexceptionsstatedbelow,onlyathletesagedatleast16(sixteen)yearson31Decemberof the year of the competition may participate in the European Athletics Team Championships.
Onlyathletesagedatleast18(eighteen)yearson31DecemberoftheyearofthecompetitionmayparticipateintheShotPut(men)andHammerThrow(men).

9.2.5 WithdrawalWithdrawalofanyconfirmationmustbeindicatedtotheTICattheStadiuminwritingoronlinewiththeofficialwithdrawalform.
10. COMPETITION PROCEDURE10.1 TimetablePleaserefertoAppendix2forthecompetitiontimetable.
10.2 Competition Bibs Each competitor will receive 4 competition bibs with the country code. These must be pinned to the frontandbackofthecompetitionclothing,tothebackofthetracksuit,andtothebag.Exceptionsaremadeforjumpingevents:thesecompetitorsarepermittedtoattachthebibonlytothefrontortothebackoftheircompetitionclothing(plustheirtracksuitandbag).
The competition bibs will be delivered to the teams upon accreditation.
Thecompetitionbibsmustnotbecut,foldedorcoveredorruinedinanyway.
10.3 Competition ClothingCompetitorsmustweartheFederation’sofficialteamclothing.IAAFRule143willbestrictlyapplied.PleasemakesuretofollowtheIAAFAdvertisingRegulationsinforce.ClothinganditemsnotconformingtothisruleandthecurrentIAAFAdvertisingRegulationswillberemoved/tapedattheCallRoom.

MemberFederationsshallconfirmtheirteamvests.Iftheuniformdisplayeddiffersfromthecurrentofficialuniform,therevisedTeamVestsformmustbeuploadedby1AugustusingtheformsentbyEuropeanAthleticsforthatspecificpurpose.Otherwise,theexistingrecordswillbeusedasreference.
Team clothing must be uniform. A competitor wearing any other clothing will have no access to the competition area and will not be allowed to compete. This rule applies both to competition clothing (vest,shortsandtights)aswellastotracksuits.
Therulestipulatingthecompulsorywearingoftheofficialcompetitionclothingwillbeappliedduringthecompetitionbutalsoduringanyvictorylap,interviewsattheStadiumandVictoryCeremonies.
Dimensions of SpikesSpikewhichprojectsfromthesoleortheheelshallnotexceed9mmexceptinthehighjumpandjavelinthroweventswhereitshallnotexceed12mm.Thesespikesmustbeconstructedthatitwill,atleastfortheupperhalfofitslength,fitthroughasquaresided4mmgauge.
The Sole and the HeelThesoleand/orheelmayhavegrooves,ridges,indentationsorprotuberances,providedthesefeaturesareconstructedofthesameorsimilarmaterialtothebasicsoleitself.Inthehighjumpandlongjump,thesoleshallhaveamaximumthicknessof13mmandtheheelinhighjumpshallhaveamaximumthicknessof19mm.Inallothereventsthesoleand/orheelmaybeofanythickness.

10.5 Specific Event Regulations
10.5.1FieldEventsexceptverticaljumpsThere will be a maximum of four trials per competitor in each event. All participating athletes will have threequalificationtrials(1st,2ndand3rdtrial).Thebest4athletesafterthe3qualificationroundswillcompeteintheFinal(4thround).
Theathleteseliminatedafterthethirdtrialwillberankedbytheirbestperformanceafterthe3rd
qualificationtrial.Theremaining4athleteswillberankedbytheirbestperformanceaftertheFinal(4thround).IAAFRule180.22willapplyforties.
10.5.2 Vertical JumpsIntheverticaljumpstheIAAFrule181.2shallberespected.Furthermore,eachcompetitorislimitedtoamaximumof4(four)foulsthroughoutthewholefieldevent.Afterthefourthfoulhe/shemaynotjumpfurtherunlesshe/shehaswonthecompetition.
ThewinnerofthecompetitionisallowedtocontinueaccordingtoIAAFRule181.2.Thewinnerwillbeallowedtocontinueattheheighthe/shewasnotsuccessful.IAAFRule181.8willapply for placings.
ThetimepermittedforeachattemptinPoleVaultshallbe1(one)minuteexceptwhenconsecutiveattemptsarebythesameathleteorifonlythewinneriscompetinginwhichcaseIAAFRule180.18shall apply.
10.5.3 Track events
Incaseofatiebetweenathletesinthedifferentheatsforracesupto400minclusivelyandrelays,thephotofinishjudgeshallconsidertheactualtimestothe1/1000thofasecond.Ifthetiecannotbebroken,theattributablepointsshallbedividedequallybetweenthem.
10.6 Starting Order and Distribution of Athletes per heat The order of attempts in field events was decided by a draw conducted by European Athletics. Each participatingteamwasallocatedaletterwhichshalldeterminetheorderofattemptsinthefieldevents in accordance with the appropriate chart in Appendix 3.
Inthehorizontal field eventstheorderoftrialsinthefirstroundwillbekeptforthefirst3trials.Theorderofthetrialsinthefinalroundwillbethereverseorderoftherankingafterthe3rdround.
FortheFirstLeague,racesupto400minclusivelywillhavequalifyingroundonthefirstday.TheheatsandqualifyingprocedureswillbearrangedbytheTechnicalDelegateinaccordancewiththeIAAFCompetition Rules.
4x100mand4x400mrelayswillbestagedintwoheatsof5and6teamseach.Theteams’distributionperheatwillbeaccordingtotheteamsscoringstandings1(one)hourbeforethescheduledtimeforeachevent.Thebestscoredsix(6)teamswillcompeteinthesameheatwhichshallbethelasteventofthesessionoftrackevents.
Lanes2-7willbeused: - Lanes4-5-6willbeallocatedtotopthreeathletes/relayteams. - Lanes2-3-7willbeallocatedtotheremainingathletes/relayteams.
On800mallathleteswillstartinlanes(2athletesinlane2,4,6accordingtodraw).
10.7 Specific Event Procedures
10.7.1 Track EventsInalltrackevents,theathletesaresupposedtoleavetheCallRoomreadytocompete.TheirbelongingswillbetakendirectlytothePostEventArea.Incaseofabadweather,theathleteswillbeallowedtotakeofftheirtracksuitsatthestart.

10.7.2 Trials in Field EventsInthefieldevents,thepracticetrialswillbesupervisedbythejudgesandtobeintheorderofthestartlistforthethrowingevents.Oncethetrialjumps/putsarefinished,theparticipantswillbeaskedto stand in the order of the competition for the presentation.
10.7.3 Coaching ZonesToallowcommunicationbetweenathletesandcoaches,seatshavebeenreservedinthestandsclosetothefieldevents.SpecialpassesforeachfieldeventwillbedistributedfromtheTIC.Therewillbeonepassperathletecompeting.Thepassisonlyvalidwhenaccompaniedbyateamaccreditation,this accreditation needs to be visible at all times.
10.8 Timing & MeasurementTheofficialtimingwillbeprovidedbyAtosandwillbedisplayedontheofficialelectronictiminginstrumentandphotofinishcamerasprovidedbyAtos.Forallracesof800mormore,theelapsedtime will be displayed on electronic timers located at the end of each straight.
AllfieldeventswillbemeasuredbyAtosscientificmeasurementequipment.
10.9 Post Competition ProceduresAfterthecompetition,athletesleaveimmediatelythroughthemixedzone.Inthemixedzone,allathletesmeetthemedia:firstTV,thenradioandfinallythewrittenpress.Itisfortheathletetodecidewhetherhe/shewillgiveaninterview.
Theclothingbasketswillbebroughttothekitcollectionarealocatedafterthemixedzone.
10.10 ScoringTheEuropeanAthleticsTeamChampionshipscomprisesonesinglecompetitionwheremen’sandwomen’steamsrepresentasasingleteamtherespectiveEuropeanAthleticsMemberFederation.
The winner of each individual event and each relay in each match shall score as many points as there areteamscompetingintherespectiveLeague,thesecondwillscoreonefewer,andsoon.Athletesorrelayteamswithnovalidperformance,disqualifiedornotfinishingshallnotscore.
Incaseofqualificationroundsheldforthetrackevents,theathleteswhocompeted,butdidnotqualifyforthefinals,wouldreceivepointsaccordingtotheirranking,basedontheamalgamatedresultsoftwoheats(i.e.overallrankingfrom9to11).
Incaseanathletequalifiedforthefinal,butsubsequentlyhadnovalidresult(i.e.eitherDQorDNForDNS),he/shewillstillbeeligibletoreceiveminimumpointsaccordingtothequalificationrounds(e.g.taking8thplaceintheoverallranking).Incasetherearemorethanoneathletewithnovalidresultsinthefinal,therelevantpointswillbeequallydistributed,accordingtothepoint602.10.
Iftwoormoreathletestieforaplaceinanyevent,theattributablepointsshallbedividedequallybetween them.
The team having the highest aggregate number of points shall be the winner of the European Athletics TeamChampionships1stLeagueSandnes2019.
Iftwoormoreteamshavethesameaggregatenumberofpoints,thetieshallbedecidedinfavouroftheteamhavingthegreaternumberofeventwinners.Ifthetiestillremainsitshallbedecidedinfavouroftheteamhavingthegreaternumberofsecondplaces,andsoon.(Regulation602.12).
10.11 Promotion / Relegation Exceptionallyfor2019edition,thefollowingrelegationandpromotionprinciplesistobeused,inordertoenablethenewsystemofdistributionofteamsamongleagues(approvedbyEuropeanAthleticsCouncilinApril2018)tocomeintoforcefrom2021edition:
Thelowest5(five)classifiedteamsintheSuperLeagueshallberelegatedtotheFirstLeague.ThefirstclassifiedteamoftheFirstLeagueshallbepromotedtotheSuperLeague.Consequently,5(five)lowestclassifiedteamsoftheFirstLeagueshallberelegatedtotheSecondLeague,whilethefirstclassifiedteamoftheSecondLeagueshallbepromotedtotheFirstLeague.Consequently,5(five)lowestclassifiedteamsoftheSecondLeagueshallberelegatedtotheThirdLeague,whilethefirstclassifiedteamoftheThirdLeagueshallbepromotedtotheSecondLeague.
10.12 Protests and AppealsProtestsandappealsarepermittedandwillbeprocessedinaccordancewithIAAFRule146.
Inthefirstinstance,protestsmustbemadeorallytotheRefereebytheathletehimself/herselforbysomeoneactingonhis/herbehalforbyanofficialrepresentativeofateam(Rule146.3).WheretheappropriateRefereeisnotaccessibleoravailable,theprotestshouldbemadetohimthroughtheTIC.Protestsconcerningtheresultorconductofaneventshallbemadewithin30minutesoftheofficialannouncementoftheresultofthatevent(postedontheTICinformationboard).
IfthefinaldecisionofRefereeisnotsatisfactoryawrittenappealcanbesubmittedtotheJuryofAppealalsothroughtheTIC.
AnywrittenappealtotheJuryofAppealmustbemadeinaccordancewithRule146.5andsignedbyaresponsibleofficialonbehalfoftheathleteandsubmittedtoTICwithin30minutesaftertheofficialannouncement of the decision made by the Referee.
Whensubmittinganappealform,adepositofEUR75,assetintherules,mustbepaid.Iftheprotestisunsuccessful,thedepositwillnotbereturned.TheJury’sdecisionwillbeprovidedinwriting.

11. MEDICAL SERVICES & DOPING CONTROL11.1 Medical ServicesThemedicalserviceisinchargeofanymedicalassistancetoallaccreditedguests(Teams,LOCpersonnel,VIPguestsandmedia)aswellas,duringthecompetition,tothespectatorsinthestadium.

11.1.2 Medical Care at the Competition Venue

11.2 Doping Controls11.2.1 General InformationDopingcontrolswillbeconductedinaccordancewithIAAFRulesandAnti-dopingRegulations.TheyareinaccordancewiththerevisedWADAcodeinforcesince1January2019.Thecontrolswillbedone under the supervision of the European Athletics Doping Control Delegate. Both urine and blood samplesmaybecollectedimmediatelybefore,andduring,theChampionships.
Athletesselectedfordopingcontrolshallbeinformedbyanti-dopingofficials.Athleteswillberequiredtosignadopingcontrolnotificationform.TheycanbeaccompaniedtotheDopingControlStation(DCS)byanaccreditedteamrepresentativeoftheirchoice.
Athletes must bring an ID card with photo (such as passport, driving licence etc.) to the Doping Control Station.
A selected athlete should report immediately to the DCS unless there are valid reasons for delay. All selectedathleteswillbeaccompaniedbyatrainedchaperoneorDopingControlOfficerfromthetimeofnotificationuntilarrivalattheDCS.Athletesareremindedthatrefusaltoprovideasampleresultinliabletodisqualificationandmayresultinfurtherdisciplinaryaction.
Athletes who are required to use prescribed medication for the treatment of a medical condition shouldensurethattheyhaveregisteredtheirmedication,wherenecessary,throughtheTherapeuticUseExemptionsystempriortoattendingtheChampionships.
11.2.2 Selection of AthletesTheselectionofathletesforcontrolwillbemadeonafinalpositionand/orrandombasisunderthesupervisionoftheEuropeanAthleticsDopingControlDelegate.Inaddition,theselectionoffurtherathletes may be ordered at the discretion of the European Athletics Doping Control Delegate.
AllathletessettingWorldorEuropeanrecordsmustreporttotheDCStoprovideasample.Failuretoprovideasamplewillresultintherecordnotbeingratified.
11.2.3 Additional ControlsAthletesrequiringdopingcontrol(e.g.fornationalrecord)mayrequesttobetestedbyreportingtotheTIC,wherea“DopingControlRequestForm”shouldbecompleted.Theywillthenbeescortedtothe Doping Control Station.

76womenathletes,76menathletesand25teamofficials(teamleaders,coaches,physio,etc.)aretobeselectedtorepresentTeamEuropewiththefollowingprinciples:
• The winner of each individual event at the European Athletics Team Championships Super League 2019, as well as, the first 3 athletes from the season list,asat12August2019,willbeselected for Team Europe in individual events.
• Forthemen’sandwomen’s4x100m,thefirstrelayteamsattheETCHSuperLeague2019,aswellasthefirstrelayteamsfromtheseasonlist,asat12August2019,willbeselectedfortheTeamEurope.
• Compositionofthemedleyrelaywillbemadeamongathletesalreadyselectedfor200,400and800mdisciplines.
• Reserve athletes may be selected to complete the team.• Maximum3athletesfromanyonecountrymaycompeteineachindividualevent.• Atleast10(5menand5women)Belarussianathletes(hostcountry)shallbepartoftheTeam

Appendix 3 – Event Draw Special Draw for races up to 400m: For the First League, races up to 400m inclusively will have qualifying round on the first day. The heats and qualifying procedures will be arranged by the Technical Delegate in accordance with the IAAF Competition Rules. 4x100m and 4x400m relays will be staged in two heats of 5 and 6 teams each. The teams’ distribution per heat will be according to the teams scoring standings 1 (one) hour before the scheduled time for each event. The best scored six (6) teams will compete in the same heat which shall be the last event of the session of track events. Lanes 2-7 will be used: - Lanes 4-5-6 will be allocated to top three athletes/relay teams. - Lanes 2-3-7 will be allocated to the remaining athletes/relay teams. On 800m all athletes will start in lanes (2 athletes in lane 2, 4, 6 according to draw). Starting Order for all other events:
