Our average company sales revenue per month from all sales, in-house and nationally for the last six month is only 134k. That is not much at all compared to what we have done before and more importantly what is

needed to:

Fund new advertising needed to continue expanding our advertising channels.

Continue having strong sales bonuses… and perhaps most significant…

Fund the LARGE bonuses I am about to roll out FOR EVERYONE!

So, that will be our benchmark to grow from when I refer to growth needed.We need to double our sales revenue… and then triple it.

We have been there before.We are very capable of executing a plan to double and triple our sales…

We have had 8 times the sales revenue we have now, in the past.I know we can get to three times current sales levels if we focus.

We are going to:

Set goals, do more advertising, implement some additional tracking…

And EXECUTE THIS MOTHA!

Now, here’s the good news, we have HUGE unrealized potential for growth sitting right in front of us. HUGE

TIME WARNER has 12 mil subscribers and very large coverage areas in big cities across the nation. We sell only 10-15 a day of TIME WARNER, there is so much froom for growth. That number is about to go up. Way up!

We will soon be doing more Time Warner advertising to make sure of this.

We should be able to get to 25 sales a day, just on Time Warner.

Then we have all the other cable brands we are about to crank up the colume on with advertising as we ramp those brands up: COMCAST / XFINITY has double Time Warner’s base subscribers and coverage area.

We expect to eventually be selling a minimum of 45-50 a day of Comcast.

And the other smaller carriers, we have never focused on, until now.

Once we ramp up with these brands, we will be signing up 10-15 a day from each:

COX Cable 4.8m – We expect to do a Minimum 15 a day!

CABLEVISION 2.8m – Minimum 15 a day!

BRIGHTHOUSE 2m – Minimum 12 a day!

MEDIACOM 1m – Minimum 10 a day!

These are minimum goals we need to get to, eventually we are going to grow these numbers as well.

We also need to be selling far more Directv and Dish Network

We will be ramping up the advertising on those brands as well!

What I need from you guys is higher close rations on both of those brands!

This is a must to keep these brands calls coming in-house.

Once our additional advertising starts, the Initial Goal will be to get back to doing 7-10 of each per day the Socal and the other local markets we can install in.

We can make any changes you need.
