Why will my peers evaluate me?Why will my peers evaluate me?

• Peer observers conduct a mini observation to collect evidence on specific look-fors identified by the teacher.
• Teachers have the opportunity to receive feedback to allow for continuous improvement.

• The Framework for Teaching is divided into four categories: Ineffective, Developing, Accomplished, and Exemplary
• The framework provides descriptors for each component to help identify effectiveness in specific areas and guides where to go next.
• Accomplished is the goal for all teachers.
