• One-on-One Coaching by an Experienced Educator

• Monthly Classroom Observations

• Based on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs)

• Individualized Induction Plans based on Professional Growth Goals

• Inquiry/Action Research

• Professional Networking

• Paperless Portfolio

• University Units (extra fee)

• Attend Orientation and Collaboration Activities

• Weekly Meetings with Coach – average of 4 hours per month, job embedded

• Engage in Cycles of Inquiry
