The following rules and regulations are subject to change by the Water District Directors at any time subject to approval by the Public Service Commission and the Farmers Home Administration:

I . ~e rvice Classifi~~tion. There shall be no distinction of this c~tegory.

II. Service Application.

A. Ar.y bon~ fide occupant of a single family dvelling; or to each residenti-ll unit in ·:m '3Uto court, duplex, or multiple dwelling building; or person holding property having re3sonable accessibility to the source of and vho is in need of having vater supplied to his place of occupancy or property may be a member of this company by obt,iining a membership certificate from the company. Persons vho receive the &pproval of the bor~ rd of directors may be admitted to membership upon subscribing for a membership certificate and by signing such ::tgreements for the purchase of water as rooy be provided ~nd required by tbe company, provided that no person otherwise eligible shall be permitted to subscribe for or require a membership of the company if the capacity of the company's vater system is exhausted by the needs of its existing members. D. The individual in whose name the membership certificate is prepared shall be responsible for payment of all bills iricurred in connection with the service rendered.

III. Initial or Minimum Charges.

A. The flat minimum monthly rate, as set up in the water rate schedule f e r the year, - will be payable irrespective of wheter any water is used by the member during any month.

B . . The flat minimum monthly rate, as set up in the water rate schedule for the year, will be payable irrespective of seasonal use, in which event the Company may be required to remove the meter, the Company when service is again restored will make a charge for such reinstallation as set out in Section II C hereina'bove.

C. A tap fee shall be made for each new meter installation, (See sheet 1 for amount of Connection charge.) regardless of location. Each meter requires a separate meter reading sheet, and each meter reading sheet will cover a separate and individual_ account.

D. _ Water furnished for a given lot or farmstead shall. be used on that lot only. Each member's service must be separately metered at a single delivery and metering p6int. All commerical use, including· storerooms and stalls for business purposes shall be metered separately from any residential use, and vice versa. ·

E. In addition to the collection of regular rates; the Company may collect from tl:lc member a pr oport.TI:.onate sha:te of any privilege, sales, or use tax or impositions, based on gross revenue received by the Company.

IV. Comp,ny's Reaponsibility.

A. The Company vill install, maintain and operate a main distribution pipeline or lines from the apurce of V3ter supply, and s~rvice lines from the main distribution line or lines to the property line of each member of the Company at vhich points, design~ted as delivery points, meters to be purchased, installed; o\med and maintained by the Company, shall be placed. The cost of the service line or lines from the main distribution line or lines of the Company to the property line of each member shall be paid by the Company. · The Company will also purchase and install a cut-off valve in each service line from ita main distribution line or lines, such cut-off valve to be owned

E. Bills are due when rendered and delinquent aiter ten (10) days, if not paid in thirty (30) days, service may be discontinued by the Company.

F. A ten (10) day written notice shall be mailed prior to termination which shall not occur soone r than thirty (3 0 ) days after the m~iling dat e of the original bill. A residential customer may, prior t o discontinuance, present a written certificate from a health official tha t C: discontinuanc e of service on the affected premises will result in aggravation of an existing illness or infirmity. In such a case iervic e will be terminated ten (10) days after receipt of the medical certificate, but in no cas e sooner than thirty (30) days after the original mailingdate of the bill.

G. · Failure to receive bills or notices shall not pievent such bills from becoming delinquent nor relieve the member from payment.

Suspension o£ .Service

When services are discontinued and allbills paid, membership certificates will be purchased by the Company at its fair book value.

B. Upon discontinuance of service f or non-payment of bills,.the deposit plus the fair book value of the the me·mbership certificate will be applied by the Company· toward settlement of the ac.count.

Any balance will be refunded to the member, but if the deposit and membership certificate is not suffucuent to cover the bill, the Company may proceed to collect the balance in the usual ~ay provided by law f or the collection of debts.

C. Service discontinued for non-payment of bills will be restored only after bills are paid in full, and a service charge of ten dollars ($10.00) paid for each meter reconnected.

D. The Company reserves the right to discontinue its service without notice for the following additional reasons:
