Task status

The term “task status” in Wittybee means the  status of  all the tasks assigned to the teams, users,doers or staff  members. The tasks, you post as a poster, team creator or an administrator  and thoseassigned to you (if you are a doer)  show up in the  left panel (left sidebar) on the task page.

The left panel or the sidebar on the task page gives Okumura complete view of the tasks assigned –to him or by him. At the moment, Okumura has assigned  7 tasks  and 1 task has been assigned tohim.

You know about the status of all the tasks through a task status filter mechanism on the  right side ofthe task page. You can filter following types of tasks:

1.  Ongoing

2.  Overdue

3.  Completed

4.  Reviewed

5.  Cancelled

6.  Doer without date

7.  Doer to be decided

In the nutshell, the task status feature empowers you to keep the tab on all the tasks posted by youor assigned to you.

Look at another screenshot and note the  task status column on  the right side of your screen thatshows  the task status of three doers, namely, Fabian, Martina and Leruo. The task status of Fabianis – ongoing.

Fabian completes the task and his status changes from ongoing to completed.
