With a decade of planning and design

experience, Jen gained valuable experience during her years at acclaimed Disney Weddings

and the PGA National Resort & Spa before joining the team at Garnish Event Design, four years ago.

Her reputation for dedication to quality, client service, and unforgettable details make her a

leading expert in the industry.

CAITLYN WIMEREVENT PLANNER

Caitlyn has executed weddings, corporate events and social gatherings with finesse and attention to detail as a two year member of the Garnish Event Design team. Her love of the wedding

industry and passion for all things event design is directly reflected in her work. Caitlyn is known for planning memorable events with a flair for

incorporating her clients’ distinctive styles.

FULL SIGNATURE FOCUSED PLANNING

Already have your plans underway and just need

guidance or assistance along the way? Wanting to target

specific areas of concern? Our partial focused planning

service is a perfect fit. We customize our services

to meet your needs in just the right areas.

We will also be present the day of your event to attend to

every detail so that our you can focus on your

celebration and guests while we handle the rest.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

• 20 hours of planning assistance

• 10 hours of on-site coordination

PARTIAL FOCUSED PLANNING

Because a “day of direction” package is never enough,

we work with you approximately 4 weeks leading up to

your wedding day to ensure you can enjoy your special

day, while we attend to to every on-site detail.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

• 2 hour consultation to capture your wishes for the event

• Detailed timeline creation

• Vendor contact and final on-site coordination

• On-site coordination for 10 hours the day of your event

• Ceremony supervision

• Delivery and set-up supervision

• Personal assistance the day-of

• Serve as liaison to address any concerns that may arise
