A.  What is a Stronghold? •  A Stronghold is a well fortified place. No

army could successfully defeat an opponent and let their stronghold stand within conquered territory.

A.  What is a Spiritual Stronghold? •  Spiritual strongholds are represented in

scripture, in the same way as physical ones. They are points of operation, where attacks are waged on outlying areas. They become points of offensive operations, which are hard to remove, unless concerted effort is made to remove them.

•  A Spiritual stronghold is a point of operation from where Satan can keep the believer either captive or incapacitated!

First, Make sure that our shield has been well maintained by Soaking and Oiling it in the Holy Spirit…through prayer and tongues.

we

objective/destiny…with

gospel
message
…by faith and not sight we are walking behind FAITH…PRESSING FORWARD

Here is simply a battle of Words….except Our words are Rhema, which are creative and powerful over the enemies! Our words produce life and action just like Christ.

Israel’s Strategy 1. The first instruction: that the army was to march around

the city once a day for six 2. The second instruction: seven priests were to bear seven

trumpets of ram’s horn before the ark, They were to blow these horns as the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord followed them. The number 7 is repeated three times in v 14—meaning: totality, completion and perfection.

3.  _ The third instruction: The armed men went before the priests who blew the trumpets, __and the rear guard came after the ark, while the priests continued blowing the trumpets

Israel’s Strategy 4. The fourth instruction: the seven priests were to march seven times

on the seventh day— 5. The fifth command: Now Joshua had commanded the people,

saying, “You shall not shout or make any noise with your voice, nor shall a word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I say to you, ‘Shout!’ Then you shall shout.” WAR CRY!!

6. The sixth instruction: that each warrior was to attack the city straight ahead after the trumpets blew and the walls fell,

7. Seventh instruction: Do not take any of the things set apart for destruction, or you yourselves will be completely destroyed, and you will bring trouble on the camp of Israel. 19 Everything made from silver, gold, bronze, or iron is sacred to the Lord and must be brought into his treasury.”
