• Use Client’s files in agreed format to receive information necessary for Customs Declaration and import this information to “Alta” software;

• Offer full information from Customs Declaration to Client by exporting it from “Alta” software to Client’s file;

• Inform Client using Client’s PC software such as Booking Management System (BMS) about truck arrival time to customs terminal, date of Customs Declarations issue and estimated time of truck arrival to Client’s W/H;

• Use Client’s information from BMS for more efficient work organization and timely formed set of documents necessary for customs clearance.
