Uploading the extension

1. Log into the Magento server (or switch to) as a user, who has permissions to write to the Magento file system.

2. Download the "Ready to paste" package from your customer's area, unzip it and upload the 'app' folder to your Magento install dir.

Enable the module

1. Log into the Magento server (or switch to) as a user, who has permissions to write to the Magento file system.

2. Go to your Magento install dir:cd <your Magento install dir>

3. Update the database:

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

4. Enable the extension:

php bin/magento module:enable Aitoc_AbandonedCartAlertsPro

That is it.

Now you can start using the extension.

2. Accessing the Extension Main Settings

Click the Edit Default Campaign link to proceed to campaign editor.

To access Abandoned Cart Emails settings, go to

System - Abandoned Cart Alerts Pro

3. Campaign Editor

Fill in the Name of the campaign and its Description. This name will be used for reminder emails as a store title.

Define the Sender that will be used for reminder emails.

Enable the Exclude from Alert option to exclude the out-of-stock and disabled products from emails.

4. Pending Alerts

In this tab you can overview created alerts. Each alert is created 24 hours after a cart has been abandoned.

You can see the exact time when an alert has been created, a name and email of a customer.

5. Sent Alerts

In this tab you can overview sent alerts. It depends on your Magento Cron settings.

You can see the exact time when an alert has been sent, a name and email of a customer.

6. Statistics

In this tab you can overview cart recovery statistics.
