CEREMONY OFFER INGS

The ceremony package includes your preferred oceanfront space for ceremony, an indoor back-up space in the event of inclement weather, a beach permit (if applicable), the set-up/break-down of our white folding chairs and a lavalier microphone with speaker(s) for your Officiant. Our Special Events Manager will coordi-

nate your ceremony rehearsal and your ceremony on your wedding day.

THE CONSERVATORYWith doors that spill out onto Trellis, this octagon

shaped room stands out with its ceiling-high windows offering full views of the beach, ideal for ceremony

back-up location, intimate dinners, and lounge area for when used in conjunction with the Trellis.

THE PALM ROOMMost often utilized for backup locations for larger ceremonies, DJ & Dancing as well as Receptions, this oceanfront room has been known to transform

into wedding dreams of many.

receptions and day after brunch.

PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY

PERSONAL TOURSFor a personal tour of our property, please contact our Catering Sales Director to schedule an appointment.

DATE RESERVATIONSPlease contacts us as soon as you have your preferred date as availability is subject to change daily. A contract is required to secure your perfect wedding day.

DEPOSITShould you choose to host your event at The Lodge & Club, a deposit totaling 25% of the food and beverage minimum is required with a signed contract.

WEDDING PLANNINGOur team is excited to be a part of your important day and looks forward ensuring your once in a lifetime event is everything you dreamed it would be. A dedicated Special Events Manager will be assigned to serve as a liaison between you and the services offered by The Lodge & Club.

VENDORSWe will happily provide you with a list of Preferred Vendors to utilize for essential services on your wedding day. However, you are not required to use them.

WEDDING CEREMONYA $2,000 Wedding Ceremony Package Fee applies to wedding ceremonies held at The Lodge &Club Ponte Vedra Beach. This fee includes usage of event space, beach permit (if applicable), set up and breakdown of our white folding chairs, a lavalier microphone and speakers for your officiant, and the coordination of your rehearsal and ceremony by our Special Events Manager.

PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY

WEDDING EVENT SERVICE FEEWedding receptions will have a $1,000 Wedding Event Services Fee. The Fee includes set up along with tables, banquet chairs, white or ivory table linens, china, silverware, an interior dance floor, cake cutting, stage, and administrative costs.

VENDORSVendors hired to provide services must be appropriately licensed, insured and approved by The Lodge & Club. Please ask your Special Event Manager for a list of insurance requirements and list of preferred vendors.

MENU TASTINGSThe Lodge & Club is the proud recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award. Our Executive Chef and his staff are dedicated to maintaining our long-standing history of culinary excellence. Menu tastings are available by special request.

FOOD & BEVERAGEAll food and beverage will be provided by The Lodge & Club with the exception of your wedding cake.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONSOur Sales Department will be pleased to quote rates for room blocks of 10 or more rooms per night.

PARKINGValet Parking is included in your wedding package.

SERVICE CHARGE & TAXAll prices are subject to a 24% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. Prices are subject to change.
