live auction rulesYour bidder number will be provided to you upon check-in. To participate in the Live Auction, use your bidder number to indicate your bid. Please hold your number facing the auctioneer so that your bid can be successfully acknowledged. Once the bidding has been completed, the final bidder’s number will be recorded and should be paid for at check-out.
silent auction rulesWrite down your bid for each item on the sheet provided on the silent auction tables. Fill out information completely by printing your bidder number and amount for each bid. All bids must be raised by at least FIVE (5) DOLLARS or bids are not valid.
Items which include services only have a (C) at the end of the listing to indicate the method by which the successful bidder will receive the respective goods and/or services. Listings for tangible items only do not have denotations.
check-out and paymentAll items must be paid for and picked up tonight. Personal checks will be accepted and should be made payable to Queen of the Rosary. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover will also be accepted for purchases.

auction and gaming format and rulesThere is one group of Live Auction items and three groups of Silent Auction items.
The silent groups are open continuously throughout the evening.
The first event of the evening is at 7:15 pm with the Live Auction. The Irish Paddle Game will begin at 8:45 pm.
Bidding will close on Silent Auction Group 1 at 8:45 pm. The winners of the Other Gaming Opportunities will be posted at 9:30 pm. Silent Auction Group 2 will close at 9:30 pm. Silent Auction Group 3 will close at 10:00 pm.
All sales are final. There can be no exchanges or refunds by Queen of the Rosary. Everything is sold “as is.” Please read specifications and limitations carefully.
If the item is a service, a letter of verification will be given to the successful bidder upon payment at checkout. If the item is tangible, you will be receiving the item at the time of payment. For items with date limitations, the donor and bid winner will contact each other and mutually agree to an acceptable date. The first date mutually agreed upon should be honored as a courtesy to the donor.
All items must be paid for and picked up tonight. Personal checks will be accepted and should be made payable to Queen of the Rosary. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover will also be accepted for purchases.
Unless otherwise specified, all goods and/or services are to be provided and utilized within one year from the date of the auction.

A donation of $40 will entitle you to a premium bottle of wine and an undisclosed gift certificate to dine in a Chicago-area restaurant. The certificates are worth at least $25, but you can win up to $100.
Write down your bid number on the bid sheet next to the number of the bottle of wine you would like. When you check out you will receive your bottle of wine and your “surprise” gift certificate.

This is a play on "Wine and Paint." We will offer snacks and an art lesson.
