Interim Mye TV Bracket Kit and Equipment Information The Interim Mye TV will fit on all of the following equipment provided all instructions are

followed (that relate to the notes below). The Interim Mye TV will only function with the

controller that is sold with it as a kit (it is not compatible with Matrix controllers).

NOTE: The T7X and T7xe treadmills should not use the Interim Mye TV. It will cause too

much confusion with embedded controls for the 7” screen, and an external control for the Interim

Mye TV. It is suggested that these treadmills use the 7” embedded screen only until the Matrix

TV can be added on later.

1) T5X-02 Treadmill

a. Uses the existing bracket for mounting a TV with an added hole drilled for the TV

power plug clearance (Figure A).

b. With the Mye TV, the TV overlay that works with Matrix TVs will not be used.

Instead the Mye TV controller will mount to the handlebar to control TV

functions (Figure B). Mount the Mye TV controller to the handlebar using the

hardware provided with the controller.

c. Plug in the Mye TV controller and coax cable to the Mye TV prior to mounting

the TV to the bracket.

2) Elliptical products (E5XC, A5X, I5X)

a. Uses the existing bracket kit for mounting the TV and the controller with a few

modifications:

i. The Matrix controller bracket is removed from the kit (not needed)

ii. The existing controller wire is removed from the bracket kit

b. The Mye TV controller mounts onto the handlebar along side the console using

the mounting hardware that comes with the controller (Figure C).

3) Stepper (S5X)

mounting hardware that comes with the controller (Figure D).

b. The Mye TV controller mounts onto the modified Matrix controller bracket using

the 2 screws added to the kit from our stock (Figure E).

LED will blink once a second indicating the remote is in setup mode. The user may press the

POWER key at any time to leave the setup mode.

2. The following table represents the possible key selections from the setup mode:

TV selection mode 1

The red LED will blink once every second The following keys will set the TV selection

After the selection, the remote automatically returns to the run mode

Default channel setup mode (sets the channel when the TV is powered on) 2

The red LED will blink once every two seconds Enter two digits followed by the ENTER key ENTER returns the remote to the run mode Notes RESET clears the entry if pressed before the ENTER key Channel “00” disables this feature If more than two digits are pressed, the following digits wrap

Channel remap setup mode (allows configuration of the TV channel map) 3

The red LED will blink once every three seconds Enter two digits followed by the ENTER key to enter the channel to be remapped The green LED will blink indicating the channel was accepted Enter two digits followed by the ENTER key to enter the remap channel The green LED will blink two times indicating the channel was remapped Repeat the above steps to remap different channels Press the POWER key to return to run mode

Turn on the channel remap mode The red LED will blink two times indicating the mode was enabled After the selection, the remote automatically returns to the run mode Notes The remap mode prevents the channels from being sent until two digits are pressed sequentially (within 5 seconds). After 5 seconds, the remote waits for the first digit again.

Turn off the channel remap mode The red LED will blink two times indicating the mode was disabled After the selection, the remote automatically returns to the run mode

0 Leave the setup mode and return to run mode

Notes: - After power up the TV with the remote with the default channel enabled, there is a three

second TV warm up delay before the channel is sent to the TV. For those three seconds, the

remote will be unresponsive.

- There is only one way communication in the Broadcast Vision mode. Therefore, it is possible

for the power state to become out of sync.

- A new state indicator was added to the remote where the red and green LED’s light up

together producing a yellow. This state can be seen only on Matrix TV’s and represents a

communication timeout (the remote asks for the power state once per second).
