How to Fold a Mini Book

1. Fold the paper to look like a hot dog and then open it.

2. Fold the paper to look like a hamburger - leave it folded.

3. Fold each side of the hamburger bun back toward the spine so that you end up with an accordionfolded paper.

4. Bring those sides back out as a hamburger bun.

4. Cut along only the dotted line .

5. Lay the paper down like a tent.

6. Using both hands pick up tent on each side of the cut with your thumb and forefingers.

7. Lift the paper and bring the two sides down and together. Then bring all flaps together to create thepages of your book.

Mix all the ingredients together. Cook and stir overmedium heat until all the lumps disappear (willlook like brown sugar). Turn out on to a flouredsurface to cool. Knead the dough (adding flour asnecessary), until it is smooth. Store in an airtightcontainer.
