pork so it is not included in Arab menus. There are strict

Muslim taboos against alcohol and meat must be

slaughtered according to the Islamic halal method.

Islam is the official state religion.

Government follows policy of tolerance towards other religions, however it is illegal to spread the ideas of any other religion except Islam.
