FIDEL GARCIAChef Manager
Fidel has a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Like many culinarians, he started his training at an early age by working in the dish room while simultaneously learning the basics of food preparation. Fidel was a natural and quickly absorbed the work ethic and technique of the executive chefs he worked under. He rose through the ranks in the kitchen from Prep Cook to Lead Cook and was promoted to Chef Manager when Café 322 opened in Abilene, TX. When Fidel isn’t working, you can bet he is spending quality time with his wife and four kids.

THE FINE PRINT
S E R V I C E C H A R G E SAfter-hours and weekend events incur additional charges for labor. Events with more than 50 guests may incur additional charges for labor. Reusable tableware is an additional $2 per guest; specialty tableware pricing may vary. In-house linen and tablecloths for food display tables are complimentary. Linen and tablecloths for dining tables are an additional $10 per table. Specialty linen can be supplied on request; pricing may vary. If a request for specialty tableware or linen is canceled within 24 hours of the event, the full price of the order would have to be paid for.
Events > 10 people may require a Front of House Attendant to assist in COVID-compliant service for a minimum of 30 minutes.
C A N C E L A T I O N P O L I C YStandard orders canceled prior to day of service will not be charged. Cancelation fees apply for any orders canceled same day or for custom orders.
Recipes are reviewed by our registered dietitian to help you make healthier choices. Look for the symbol to identify Motiva Select dishes.
S P E C I A L R E Q U E S T SPlease let us know if there are any dietary restrictions among your guests when placing your order.
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests. However, due to our open kitchens that handle the major allergens, gluten and other ingredients for the preparation of other menu items, we cannot guarantee that items will be completely “free” of any ingredient. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contact, the potential for cross-contact does still exist. We encourage guests to ask to speak to their Catering Coordinator regarding any questions about the ingredients contained in the food being considered.
