This is a book that shows how art can be made accidentally from torn paper or a coffee stain! Children will participate and explore sensory-based activities while learning that there are no mistakes when making art. They will be guided through a multi-sensory art making experience while supporting their individual social, language and learning goals. Ages 5-7 y/o

During summer recreat ion, part icipants worked together and brainstormed ideas of what it meant t o be a part of a communit y. Their concept , "coming together as a communit y, while also standing

out as an individual" inspired them to create a mural for t he Deer Park Communit y Center.
